The interface makes it really easy to set up or change configurations, which is a big plus. Operationally, it has made a difference in our call center by helping us connect with our customers. The UI is intuitive, and the support from our manager is really good and responsive whenever I need to contact her. But really, we could easily do it all ourselves without needing much assistance. It only works on certain devices and certain carriers, and, obviously, that limits the coverage we can do. I would also like to be able to use it for more expanded messaging, not just calling.
