What do you dislike about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

There’s very little to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be the limited reporting features. It would be great to have more detailed insights into call performance, like regional answer rates or time-of-day trends, to help us fine tune our outreach strategy. 2. The dashboard and how easy to use it

There is a low barrier of entry for low volume, new businesses that I have not found elsewhere. Settings are very easy to use, utilizing call reasons and icon is very helpful. What do you dislike about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

I know none of these branding companies can reach 100% of the calls based on carrier, but I would like to be able to see the percentage of my calls that are successfully branded.
