I like that Hiya Connect Branded Call is easy to deploy and does what it says on the tin. The account team is always helpful and there to support with any challenge. Initial setup was very easy, and with access to the console, I can control all the CLIs and mobiles deployed.

I find Hiya Connect Branded Call pretty easy to use. The interface makes it really easy to set up or change configurations, which is a big plus. Operationally, it has made a difference in our call center by helping us connect with our customers. The UI is intuitive, and the support from our manager is really good and responsive whenever I need to contact her. But really, we could easily do it all ourselves without needing much assistance.
