The fact that our customers can see our Brand/Logo with a short information on our call reason is something incredibily helpful. Specially with the new generation mostly on SMS/Chats this will help greatly our reachability!

It's very easy to use and you can set it up in a few minutes.

What do you like best about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

I believe that "the people are the product", and in most cases Hiya's team is very quick to reply, when I ask for assistance.

Beyond that, the Hiya portal is intuitive and easy, and getting the branded caller ID set up is an easy process. Branded ID services shouldn't take hours of time to set up and maintain - and since Hiya Connect doesn't take hours, I appreciate that.

Hiya's team has been quick to give us integration docs when we've asked for them, though the beauty of their online portal is you can still use it if you're not building an integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

Renaming groups of your phone numbers could be made easier (right now, to bulk-rename several numbers, you'd need to fill out Hiya's bulk-upload form each time). The bulk-upload form, while it exports perfectly fine from Microsoft Excel, does run into some snags when you export it from Google Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
