They lost a carrier and did not notify us of this giant change. Poor customer service and their product is limited. It’s also very expensive compared to others in the space due to them marking up call branding which I’ve been told you aren’t supposed to do. They have not been great to work with. Immediately went from "Spam Likely" to either branded or traditional number showing. Resulted in a much higher satisfaction from our prospects and customers. Not as much coverage in EMEA and found that some providers were not showing us as Branded for a long duration. Regardless showing as a traditional number instead of Spam Likely was a big improvement. It is really easy to implement and their customer success team is always reaching out to help. We were up and running within 5 business days. We had no problems or hiccups implementing Hiya.
