What do you dislike about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

They lost a carrier and did not notify us of this giant change.

Poor customer service and their product is limited. It’s also very expensive compared to others in the space due to them marking up call branding which I’ve been told you aren’t supposed to do.

They have not been great to work with. All the people I worked with to onboard are gone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
