The free tier limits you to 3 flows, so I had to remember to delete demos that didn't work out to make room for new ones. This meant being a bit more strategic about which walkthroughs to keep, but honestly, it encouraged me to be more thoughtful about my demo creation process. Other than the flow limit, I didn't notice any other functionality lacking - the core features worked beautifully. A big challenge for me as a PMM was creating product videos that had rich data. Demo environments were typically shallow but customer environments had private data that was difficult to modify or mask.

Hexus not only solved that problem with their browser widget that allows me to record product walk-thru while modifying all customer information (names, emails, IP addresses, etc.) but also made it a cinch to create clear and clean product videos with callouts and flawless AI-generated narration (with dozens of voice type options).

Bottom line, I get rich product videos with great data that doesn't expose any sensitive information.

As an AI SDR company, we need custom integration options, and currently, Hexus doesn’t offer webhooks, which limits our ability to connect with other tools effectively.

I've used Hexus.ai for quite a few months now, and the experience has been quite wonderful. Initially I used to spend a week with new joinees, explaining them the processes, where to click etc.

It was pretty easy to get started and it saved us from doing a somewhat complex project. I was doing demos for potential clients and one recurring topic was that it would be cool to show our product without asking users to create an account. We could have created a demo user for our skills assessment product https://brokee.io and somehow manage permissions and different things, but with Hexus, we were able to create a clickable demo that allowed us to showcase our product in a very intuitive way with minimal involvement of our tech team.

I liked that I could just go through the normal demo process, get slides from it, and then easily edit or rearrange parts of the demo as I wanted. Another cool thing - AI voiceover. Instead of paying for some video production, you can write a text you want to say and then AI will say it out loud, you can choose voice and it's pretty neat.

Nothing that comes to mind. I was thinking that on mobile devices, it could be a cool feature to zoom into specific parts of the slide as the viewing area is much smaller, but it could be an improvement for future releases.

I also had some small issues importing embedded HTML into Squarespace and was playing with different settings to make it work, so maybe adding some extra sharing options where embed code could be configured for different screen sizes would be helpful, but I don't have a clear problem/solution idea here and it's not really a problem on the Hexus side, but just sharing as an idea how to help their users that might be less tech-savvy.
