What do you like best about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

Have been using hackerrank for over a year now., its been truly amazing how the interview performance and the Tech evaluation co-relate and this is not just one off., its a consistent phenomenon. This has helped me reduce the number of candidates I and my tech team speak /interview to get to that one right one. Simple, easy to setup and team at Hackerrank are always helpful. What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

The candidates taking the test some time complain about the screen not loading or the test hanging up in between.

We were interviewing too many candidates before., our strike rate was 1 out of 30 now the strike rate has reduced to 1 out of 3 to 4 candidates., This has speeded up the process and helped us increase the productivity of the Interview team as well as the TA team. There are numerous problems for practicing and improving coding skills. It is best platform for organisation for recruitment. Many competitions are there in which one can participate. we've had some problems since integrating onto OKTA and getting enterprise access- would be nice to have that cleaned up. Could use some improvement with GH integration on the jobs page - I would like to see candidates that I contact in HR automatically added to GH with a profile and their resume.
