Technology candidates have become more experienced with putting several various keywords on a resume. If the candidate is joining with poor internet connection, the tool faces lot of problems. May be, the tool can do a preliminary test about the quality of net connection before the test starts and admit the candidate only if the test meets minimum requirements.
