What do you like best about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

The assessment platform s very easy to use. You can configure your tests with questions of your choice. Inviting a candidate to take the assessment is a breeze, and you get an email once a candidate completes the tests, which gives the info about their results. What do you like best about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

It's been super easy to integrate HackerRank with our ATS Greenhouse. We can easily send assessments and have our interviewers run live coding sessions. With the integration, we can easily track feedback, and move candidates through our process. In general, the biggest challenge is evangelizing the platform, so there's nothing specifically that we dislike. Sometimes it becomes challenging for teams to adapt to HackerRank, so it could be even more user-friendly and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HackerRank Developer Skills Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

HackerRank has helped our recruitment process to become more uniform and even allows us to introduce new ways of evaluating our candidates, from Trainees to senior positions. We are currently trying to introduce tests into our Trainees program, in order to make candidate screening even more efficient and HackerRank has been available to help and adapt whatever was necessary from the beginning. "My Experience with HackerRank"

What do you like best about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

My experience with HackerRank was a little rocky in the beginning, but I have built a great relationship with Caroline and she has been extremely helpful since we have had her as our CSM. If we have questions or concerns she connects us with the right people in her company or she sends us FAQ's that help us help ourselves.We have enjoyed being able to build out multiple different types of challenges in the platform. We have used these challenges in interviews, but also at conferences.
