Formstack gives me nearly absolute control over the look and feel of my forms. I can customize any form using CSS and other template tools to make an embedded form seamlessly melt into my website. I have tried the same with a handful of other leading and well-known form solutions and always have funky results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest frustration, perhaps, is that anyone assigned to approve a form submission counts against my total paid user seats. I have a bunch of people that never have a hand in creating any of the forms. All I need them to do is receive a notification, review the submission and approve or reject. But that requires a user license. This is a minor inconvenience in the big picture, though, because only a few of my 100+ forms utilize the approval feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
