"Great for Field Use"

What do you like best about GoCanvas?

I like the user-friendly platform. GoCanvas has been great to utilize for various fillable forms in the service field on a daily basis. It is nice having the option to integrate the platform with other systems, such as PestPac for automatic document uploads. I rarely see any hiccups or issues utilizing Canvas. The syncing each time you log in makes sure that you are using the most latest version of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoCanvas?

I would like to have the ability to use the GoCanvas Website to create submissions, vs solely the app. I am a chromebook user and am unable to download the Canvas App to my laptop and have to use my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Program to Create Contracts and Documents"

What do you like best about GoCanvas?

GoCanvas is an easy to use program. Very efficient in generating documents and contracts for our clients. Entering information is made easy with click by click data entry and the documents and contracts look great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoCanvas?

The only downside I've come across was having to start over if I made a mistake with a proposal, because the prepoulated costs won't update. However, this could be an error on my part! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoCanvas?

This has helped us streamline our paper processes ad automate them. As we continue to roll this out, we should experience some signifincat ROI in terms of overtime labor and days sales outstanding as we are able to see/collect infomation much quicker.

What do you dislike about GoCanvas?

"Unique and Easy Apps"

What do you like best about GoCanvas?

How easy it is to create an app in a testing environment, distribute the app to users in different environments and perform updates. It is super easy to customize an app for specific conditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoCanvas?

The pdf creator does not natively allow for nested tables. I had to split my tables up making the pdf look clunkier than it otherwise could be. Also creating boxes around specific PDF fields is clunky and not very good looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoCanvas solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using GoCanvas to document performance of irrigation walkthroughs across our portfolio. It has allowed us to standardize the performance of walkthroughs and the creation of reports. What do you like best about GoCanvas?

GoCanvas and it's integration team has helped me develop a service app that works with my business software and saves so much time by allowing us to import the technician's time and parts into our invoices. What do you dislike about GoCanvas?

I wish they had the online tech support chat available like they used to. It was very beneficial to me when I just had a quick question that I could ask and move on. Now I have to make a ticket, submit it or call someone and wait for a call back. The online chat was GREAT! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
