"Flexible, Reliable Forms with Seamless CMS Integration"
What do you like best about Formstack Forms?

I LOVE Formstack forms - I go way back - to the FORMSPRING days. I used them at the Queen Mary for every RSVP form, feedback form, and more, and at FOX Sports for every contest we hosted. It’s a very flexible tool that works across all browsers, and I’ve had zero issues integrating it across multiple CMSs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?

The tool is pretty awesome. That said, on the few occasions when I ran into issues implementing a form, getting help from support felt more complicated than it needed to be. It took multiple emails, and I ended up explaining the same issue over and over to different people. Overall, it wasn’t the best support experience I’ve had while working in tech. Hopefully they’ve improved that service since my last engagement with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, No-Code Form Building with Powerful Logic, Integrations, and Branding"
What do you like best about Formstack Forms?

What I like most about Formstack forms is how easy it is to create and publish forms without any coding. I can build a form quickly using drag and drop and start collecting responses in minutes. The form builder is clean and simpler. Fields are easy to add, remove, or rearrange, and everything feels logical even for first-time users. I also like the flexibility in form design. I can customize colors, fonts, and layouts so the form matches the brand instead of looking generic. Formstack handles complex form logic very well. Conditional fields, calculations, and required validation can be added without much effort. Another strong point is integration. Formstack connects smoothly with CRMs, email tools, and internal systems, which saves a lot of manual work. The submission management is well organized. Responses are easy to view, filter, and export, which is helpful for reporting or follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?

One downside is the pricing. For small teams or simple use cases, it can feel expensive compared to basic form tools. Some advanced features are locked behind higher plans, which means you may need to upgrade sooner than expected. The UI is simple but sometimes feels a bit slow when working with very large or complex forms. Customization is good, but not unlimited. If you want deep design control, you may still need external styling. The learning curve increases when you start using advanced logic and interfacing. It's not hard, but it takes time. Reporting inside the tool is useful, but for deep analytics exporting data is often required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Form Builder with Vast Integrations"
What do you like best about Formstack Forms?

I find Formstack Forms very easy to use and appreciate the vast integration options it offers. I use it to create dynamic yet simple forms for both internal and external purposes. The integration capabilities are particularly beneficial as we use Formstack Forms with Stripe to collect payments and integrate it with our CRM via Zapier. It's a great tool that allows us to streamline our processes efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?

The only key challenge we have with it right now is that it isn't directly embedded into our current CRM (HubSpot). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clunky, expensive, not worth your time"
What do you like best about Formstack Forms?

I liked that it solved a problem we had at the time and got rid of the paper form we were using and it integrated into Google Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?

Where do I even start? It is clunky, the design options are terrible, and unless you are a software developer, there is no way to make it look better. The integrations would constantly fail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, CRM-Integrated Workflow That Simplifies Contract Management"
What do you like best about Formstack Forms?

I have complete confidence in its security, since protecting confidential data is vital to us. In addition, its automatic integration with the CRM makes it easier to close deals and manage contracts within a single workflow, without unnecessary manual steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?

I’m concerned about the pricing structure, since the recurring costs tend to rise as the operation scales up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, relatively flexible, ugly."
What do you like best about Formstack Forms?

It integrates fairly well and is relatively robust as a general-use form solution. It also has decent data protection, which is what prompted our organization to adopt it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?

It's ugly and all your forms will look pretty drab and similar. You can definitely dress them up a bit, but it requires a fair amount of CSS knowledge. It's also not as user-friendly as one might hope. It is a jack of all trades and a master of none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
