    "It's a good customer support tool.: I think it is a well-organized tool. It is very suitable for customer support. And It is good to be able to provide customer support in real time. In addition, the ability to post ads for company products is also an advantage. Customer support results can be analyzed and satisfaction surveys can be conducted. Regardless of company network, it can be used easily from outside. It can also be used as a smartphone. A computer account can be linked to a smartphone account. You can review the content you have provided. I used a few tools to assist customers, but I think sprinklers are the best for customer support. "

    "Swagbucks - earn with surveys, games, deals and more: Diversity of surveys, games, videos, deals. I use it for close to 2 years now and I always get rewards. I like do fill out surveys, but also to discover and try out different products. Also you get cash back when you buy items that you need from your favorite stores like Amazon, Dell, Roots, and much more. You can apply for financial products, grocery websites, eating delivery apps, trying games or different apps and much more. For some products you need to wait for 4 to 6 weeks or more, depending on the product requirements."

Specifically, Influitive is helping us re-imagining the advocate experience and even parts of the customer experience. Their AdvocateHub enables us to build a deeper, personalized, and productive relationships with our customers and to nurture more meaningful relationships between our customers. I love how Influitive is moving into the community space and how their origins in advocacy are creating such a modernized, fresh perspective on what organization's communities can look like. It's particularly noteworthy when you think that traditional communities' origins go back to the early days of the internet with bulletin boards where people were using avatars and screen names instead of their headshots and actual names! The Influitive platform is robust and focused yet flexible. Customers and employees both really like the UI and the overall experience. I've been able to fulfill a wide variety of requests (e.g. product feedback, online reviews, education, peer support, social shares, story leads) and pursue net new opportunities across the organization. I love the flexibility and that I'm not forced into a few use cases or types of engagement (whereas traditional communities are typically focused on Q&A, submit an idea, rate content, poll). They have a variety of service packages, so it's easy to "right-size" your support. Customer input is readily incorporated into their product and services; they practice what they preach! "

We use the portal to engage individuals in between in-person events, allow them to share content and resources, ask questions and promote blended learning. One of the best ways we use the site is to engage in conversation in connection with learning experiences (in-person or online) to create discussions and follow up actions to support application of the learning. As a user I appreciate the ability to manage my notifications and when I receive emails. I also like the ability to customize the page for an organization and use the banner to promote upcoming resources or events. "

    "Uncomplicated Review Management: After a brief setup time, this program runs itself. We use Jobber to manage our projects. Once a job is completed, Nice Job invites our client to submit a public review, using a template that required very little customizing on our part. Their scripts were tried and tested and proven effective, so why mess with them! The automated system sends out reminders to clients who have not responded, so if they missed the first request, they may respond to a later one. This does not go on indefinitely, however, but only has four steps. No sense irritating the otherwise happy client who just chooses not to leave a review! The next connection we like is that to social media. You have the option of setting it to automatically post certain levels of review. This increases our presence in that arena with no effort on our part. You can leave this as a manual setting if you prefer. "

This makes it easy for our social Reps to sort through the messages and respond accordingly. I also like the dashboards once they are set up, but creating them is cumbersome."

We've looked for something for years that would make earning points, giving away prizes and encouraging user promotion simple to integrate and use with existing social platforms. The Social Toaster team has been very helpful in providing direction and helping us get set up, and in maintaining the program. They see issues and opportunities and are proactive in helping us improve our campaigns. When we did a test with our sales team, they were very excited about the platform and how they thought it would work to engage potential and existing customers. It's been a great way to get our advocates sharing our messages, which is often more effective than doing it ourselves. "
