Overall, the system is simple to use and navigate from an end user perspective. The support is decent, they are quick to chat and ticket your issue. **What do you dislike about Fieldlens by RedTeam?** The integration with RedTeam Flex is very limiting and there is a lack of functionality compared to other tools on the market. Sometimes, certain tools can take awhile to load such as the drawings, and comparison tool. There is not AI functionality in the system at this time. **What problems is Fieldlens by RedTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Punchlist and field collaboration on drawings. It allows our field teams to have access to information out in the field. The mobile app makes it easy for our teams to find drawings and track issues. ### 2. Photos, comments, and tasks are shared live from the field, which improves communication between teams and reduces misunderstandings. **What do you dislike about Fieldlens by RedTeam?** I like the interface less when it can be a bit cluttered with many threads and notifications. **What problems is Fieldlens by RedTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fieldlens by RedTeam helps me enormously to centralize all the construction site information in one place instead of scattering it in emails or messages. ### 3. The second item is the cost **What do you dislike about Fieldlens by RedTeam?** The drawing uploads are annoying. If you get a new drawing and upload it, the design team adds a number; this makes an entirely new file instead of adding it to the original. You have to go in and change the numbers so they match. **What problems is Fieldlens by RedTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** The program assist in tracking RFI's, Submittals and drawing distribution to field staff and subcontractors. Here, Fieldlens can help to capture the discussed topics and make them usable for further business processes. You can set due dates for posts, add pictures, notes, descriptions, etc. **What do you dislike about Fieldlens by RedTeam?** I wish Fieldlens had the ability to tag users in post comments. I find it very difficult to find updates pertaining to me. This would wildly improve my score of Fieldlens. **What problems is Fieldlens by RedTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Punch walks are improved, tracking outstanding items is improved, and you can integrate certain checklists with Tableau (for example) to get more insight and data. ### 12. We decided to go a different route but ONLY because we didn't have enough projects to justify the expense.
