Procore pricing structure is dependent upon the value of the project you are using it on and what suites are enabled.. So, to answer your question, pricing is variable.

It's based on your construction volume and which tools you subscribe to. There is no per user cost and it doesn't cost any money for subs, owners, or consultants to access your projects.
