What I like most about Clearstory is how intuitive and well-organized the platform feels. It makes it straightforward to identify, track, and price change orders, while also keeping communication between the client and subcontractor clear and aligned. The change-notification workflow creates a consistent record of what has changed, which helps reduce confusion around scope and pricing.
