No.  It has the capability of bid comparisons (if subcontractors submit their proposals via Procore), but it does not have a databse estimating system.

Hi Jim! Procore has had an estimating module for about 3 years now, which can handle pipeline, takeoffs, estimates and proposals. It is a separate tool to our Bid/Tender management module, and tends to be most valuable to businesses looking to augment the drawing process with takeoffs. It also allows you to push the estimates straight into budget, POs & prime contracts. Hope this helps!
