I use PlanRadar at Yebehir Marketing to coordinate site documentation and task tracking for property and fit-out projects, and have for about four months.
The mobile app is what I rely on most. I pin a ticket on the floor plan, attach photos, and assign it to a contractor in under a minute. That replaced scattered photos and chat messages and saves me hours each week. The interface is simple enough that contractors new to the software were closing tickets within a day.
Performance is reliable. The app loads plans quickly, even large drawings, and offline mode lets us keep working on site with weak connectivity, then syncs everything once we’re back online.
Report generation is a big time saver. I create PDF progress and defect reports with photos and statuses in a few clicks. Integrations with Microsoft Teams and cloud storage keep documents connected, and onboarding support helped us set up custom ticket forms quickly.
Pricing is fair for the time saved and fewer missed defects. The AI features summarize ticket activity and flag overdue items, so I catch issues before they cause delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up projects takes some effort at the start. Uploading plans, configuring ticket forms, and defining user roles took me longer than expected, and the many customization options can feel overwhelming for first-time users.
The desktop interface is less intuitive than the mobile app. Finding specific tickets across several projects or adjusting filters sometimes takes more clicks than it should.
Report templates are useful but somewhat rigid. Customizing layouts to match our branding or include specific fields required extra work, and I sometimes edited exported reports manually.
Pricing is per user, which adds up when you want to give access to several contractors on a project. Offline sync occasionally takes a while after a long day on site with many photos.
These are minor issues compared to the time PlanRadar saves. Simpler onboarding, more flexible report templates, and better cross-project search would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
