"PlanRadar Keeps Projects Organized and Workflows Smooth"
What do you like best about PlanRadar?

PlanRadar just makes managing projects way less messy. Everything stays organized, the team stays on the same page, and I don’t have to keep following up again and again. It saves a lot of time and makes the whole workflow feel smoother and more under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanRadar?

One thing that could be better is the learning curve at the beginning. Even though the platform is powerful, it can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start because there are so many features to explore. It takes some time to properly understand the workflow and set everything up the way you want.

Also, sometimes the mobile app can feel slightly slower when handling large projects or too many tickets, which can interrupt the flow when you're trying to work quickly on-site. Once you get used to it, it’s manageable, but improving speed and making the initial onboarding simpler would make the experience much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Project Management with Excellent Tracking"
What do you like best about PlanRadar?

I love how PlanRadar keeps all project information organized in one place, which is essential for maintaining clear and accessible documentation. The task tracking feature is incredibly valuable as it allows me to see easily what requires attention and assigns the right responsibilities, ensuring no tasks are overlooked. I find the plan mark-ups particularly useful for highlighting issues directly on drawings, which is crucial for preventing important details from being missed. The real-time updates are a standout feature for me because they keep everyone aligned, reducing back-and-forth communication and facilitating a smoother project workflow. Additionally, the simple interface is easy to navigate, and the reporting tools provide a clear picture of project progress, which aids in effective decision-making and maintains consistency in documentation and communication throughout projects. What do you dislike about PlanRadar?

Sometimes the setup of PlanRadar takes time, especially when making templates. Local support can feel limited in some areas, with replies taking time, which is not ideal when quick help is needed. Very large projects and big drawings can load a little slower on mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PlanRadar Streamlined Our Construction Project Management Effortlessly"
What do you like best about PlanRadar?

What truly impressed me was the seamless collaboration it fostered. My entire team, from architects to subcontractors, could instantly report issues, share updates, and access the latest plans from the field. The centralized dashboard gave me a real-time overview, eliminating confusing email chains and ensuring everyone was literally on the same page. It turned our site documentation from a chore into a simple, integrated process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanRadar?

I found the initial setup and customization to be quite time-consuming,requiring a significant upfront investment to tailor it to our specific workflows. Furthermore, while functional, the mobile app's interface sometimes feels less intuitive than the desktop version, leading to occasional navigation hiccups for my team on-site. "Revolutionized Our Workflow with Effortless Reporting and Centralized Collaboration"
What do you like best about PlanRadar?

What truly sold me was the sheer efficiency.Reporting issues directly from my phone with photos and pins eliminated endless email chains and messy spreadsheets. Having a single, cloud-based source of truth for all defects and tasks streamlined our entire punch-list process. The centralized dashboard kept everyone, from subcontractors to clients, perfectly synchronized, saving us from constant follow-up calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanRadar?

The initial setup felt overwhelming, and getting our older team members to adopt it was a real challenge. I overcame this by creating simple, step-by-step guides and hosting short, focused training sessions to demonstrate its direct value to their daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Site Management with Intuitive Features and Excellent Support"
What do you like best about PlanRadar?

PlanRadar is straightforward to use and can be set up quickly. Its intuitive interface, along with the mobile app, streamlines site inspections and snag tracking. I have found customer support to be both responsive and helpful. The platform provides a wide array of features that fit seamlessly into everyday site management. Generating reports is simple, and overall, the system helps save time while enhancing communication within the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanRadar?

The mobile app sometimes experiences slow data syncing, particularly when handling larger projects that involve numerous tickets. Uploading several photos at once can also be time-consuming, and the offline mode would benefit from greater reliability in areas with weak signal. Additionally, the options for report formatting are rather limited and would be improved by offering more flexibility for customisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and intuitive project management for construction teams"
What do you like best about PlanRadar?

What I appreciate most about PlanRadar is how it centralizes all project information and task management on a single platform, making it easier to track progress, manage work orders, and collaborate between teams. The mobile app stands out for being especially practical for updates directly on the construction site, allowing the team to send photos, record issues, and monitor tasks in real-time. The automation of workflows and customizable forms make processes more agile, contributing to time savings and error reduction.

In terms of ease of use, the platform is very intuitive and simple, both on desktop and mobile. As for ease of implementation, the setup is quick and the training required for the team is minimal. Customer support is agile and efficient, always ready to help when needed. I use PlanRadar daily to manage projects, track progress, and ensure communication between teams. The number of features is quite robust, including task management, documentation, reporting, and real-time collaboration. Finally, the ease of integration is excellent, allowing the platform to connect to other tools and workflows with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanRadar?

Some advanced features require more expensive subscription plans, which can be a challenge for smaller teams. The reports and dashboards have limited customization, making the extraction of detailed insights a bit more complicated. Despite good mobile access, the offline functionality could be improved for sites with limited connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PlanRadar?

PlanRadar is a cloud-based software platform for digital documentation, communication, and reporting which centralizes project information and allows teams to manage tasks, track progress, conduct inspections, and share plans from a single platform using web or mobile apps. Its goal is to improve efficiency, enhance quality, and help projects stay on time and within budget by replacing paper-based processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Smart Solution for Managing Projects Anytime, Even Offline""
What do you like best about PlanRadar?

PlanRadar is a powerful construction and facility management platform that simplifies site inspections, issue tracking, and documentation through an intuitive ticket-based workflow.

Its real-time collaboration, blueprint markup tools, and one-click reporting save significant time while improving accuracy and accountability across the entire team.

Ideal for construction, maintenance, and project management teams looking to centralize communication and reduce errors... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanRadar?

While PlanRadar is highly efficient, it does come with a few limitations. The pricing can feel high for small teams, and some advanced features require additional configuration time.

Mobile app performance may vary on low end devices, and report customization options can be overwhelming for new users. Integration choices are improving but still fewer compared to larger project-management platforms... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient On-Plan Documentation, But Licensing Limits Flexibility"
What do you like best about PlanRadar?

Simple On-Plan Documentation: Users love being able to quickly record defects, snags, tasks, and site observations directly onto 2D plans or BIM models using their mobile device or tablet. You tap the plan, add a "ticket" with photos/videos, and it's instantly logged and located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanRadar?

The tiered licensing often places limitations on the number of plans you can upload or the number of full users you can have, which can quickly drive up the cost for large or numerous projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
