
I enjoy the intuitiveness and ease of navigating Clearstory. The wealth of tutorials is great for helping my subcontractors and coworkers. The most important part is the people. Clearstory has an excellent customer service-oriented culture. I can quickly find tutorials and instructions for my subcontractors and coworkers. When I can't find a solution, reaching out to the support team is effective. The bot works well, and the team always checks in to ensure the response was needed or to provide additional assistance and clarifications. I'm never nervous about finding solutions. The initial setup was so easy, it only took one training session to grasp the main concepts. I'm thankful for the team, and they have a clean program they're working with. I am a fan of Clearstory. Clearstory reports weren't all available. I needed assistance with updating a sortable report that the analyst built out for us, but the final request to add a column with project names wasn't possible. It set us back on an audit, which ease of gathering and sorting information was one of the reasons we began to work with Clearstory. Overall, it didn't cost us so much that we lost big money, but it would've omitted about hours of man hours to have the ability to sort in that way. I'd like to see that all Project Level reporting is always available and that it would be easier to create custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
