I find the current functionalities in Workyard lacking in certain areas. For instance, there is a need for more robust reporting and analytical capabilities. Currently, the inability to edit PTO amounts without having to delete and re-enter the request is cumbersome, which affects efficiency. I dislike that Workyard automatically clocks our crew into a job if they happen to drive past it when they’re not working. This can be quite annoying as it requires manual corrections. It makes time tracking simple for everyone. Even the crew members who are not very tech friendly picked it up right away. They just open the app, tap twice and they are done. I like how Workyard helps me keep up with all my properties and repairs. I really appreciate the ability to keep track of the amount of time and money being invested into each property. The note feature is probably my most used tool, besides employee hours and location tracking, because I can save pictures and document repairs. I use Workyard to keep track of my employees and their time cards. I like that you can set a geofence so employees can only clock in at specific locations, which means they can't cheat the clock. The app is user-friendly, and it saves me a lot of time doing payroll. It honestly does everything I need it to. The initial setup was very easy.
