"Streamlined Operations, Effortless Time Tracking"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I use Workyard daily for logging hours, communicating notes, and keeping record of upcoming and completed tasks. I like its accessibility and user-friendliness because it doesn’t take long to learn how to use at all. The clock-in/out feature is very helpful, and the ability for employees to log and keep track of their own hours really gives a visual picture that our time and labor is really paying off. It is very efficient having all of our jobs and tasks in one place with time, location, and team members assigned to each job. The initial setup was pretty seamless, and everyone adjusted and learned how to use the system pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

I think a communications feature could be very useful. Some form of a messaging tool among employees would improve communication even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I like how Workyard auto clocks my employees in and how it works even if there's no cellular data. These features help keep the data accurate and save me from having to manually input data. It also helps keep up with my guys' hours and automatically tracks them on different jobs, which allows me to do better job costing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

When using the app, it would be nice if I could just click on the sites the guys have visited and allocate the time to the job it's for or subtract from their time, like if it was lunchtime that could be subtracted. It should give options on how to allocate the time when you click on the site. I've used another app called Construction Clock and that was the only thing I liked better about it. Also, it would be cheaper if they could have crew leaders as paying users while still being able to track hours of their crew without having to pay for every single employee. "Easy to Manage Crew and Materials"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I can view the workers' locations at each job site, which is very helpful. If they forget to log their tasks or projects, I am still able to check their location history and enter the time for each project afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

If the workers don’t note which job they are working on, it becomes difficult for me to know how to bill the customer. They often forget to do this. I wish there were a way to require them to record their work before clocking out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Mobile Convenience"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I really like Workyard because I can do everything from my phone, which is super convenient for clocking in and out at my construction job. The geofence feature is great for keeping track of when and where I go, which solves the problem of forgetting when I started and finished my workday. Before Workyard, I had to write all my timecard information on a piece of paper, so having everything on my phone is a huge improvement. Overall, everything works great for me, and the initial setup was pretty easy since I'm familiar with technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Payroll Processing with Room for More Features"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I love using Workyard for payroll processing because it offers ease and efficiency by consolidating everything in one place. The ability to generate reports is particularly appealing, and the interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I also appreciate how simple it is to add or delete people within the system, which simplifies management tasks. The flexibility of managing payroll per pay period is another feature I find beneficial, as well as the overall ease of the initial setup, which made transitioning from our previous manual processes seamless. These features make Workyard an invaluable tool in my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

I find the current functionalities in Workyard lacking in certain areas. For instance, there is a need for more robust reporting and analytical capabilities. Currently, the inability to edit PTO amounts without having to delete and re-enter the request is cumbersome, which affects efficiency. Furthermore, generating specific reports, like those tracking clock-ins after hours for overtime analysis, is not as straightforward as I would prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective for Job Tracking with Minor Geofence Hiccups"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I appreciate the geofences feature in Workyard, which is incredibly useful for tracking hours spent on each job and measuring efficiency. This feature has made a significant impact on how we manage and evaluate our job operations. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Workyard to be very easy and straightforward, which was a relief considering the challenges often associated with transitioning to new software systems. Overall, these aspects make Workyard a valuable tool in our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

I dislike that Workyard automatically clocks our crew into a job if they happen to drive past it when they’re not working. This can be quite annoying as it requires manual corrections. It would be helpful to have an option to set hours so that auto clock-in doesn't occur during non-working hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Employee Management, Needs UI Improvement"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I like that I can look at my employee's location, keep track of their time for payroll, complete payroll, and upload photos and documents for each work order. It helps keep track of everything we do in our business and ensures employees are doing what they're supposed to in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

I do wish it was more user friendly. On the phone and online, it can be kind of confusing. Just more descriptions, I think, on where things are or just making it more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Efficient with Great Scheduling Features"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I appreciate Workyard for being very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It keeps my work schedule very clear and accessible, which is a big help. The best part is that I don’t have to remember to clock out because Workyard reminds me to. Also, setting it up was very easy, which was a nice surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

I wish I could change the color of the user icon, where it says my initials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Workyard"
What do you like best about Workyard?

I like the simplicity of Workyard. It's pretty easy to use. I can just go back and look at the times, verify things, and go in to edit times if I need to. It helps in making sure that everything is looking good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

I don't know if it's part of the app, but I think one thing that'd be kinda cool is if I got a notification whenever the guy that is working for me clocks in and out so then I'm able to be more in control because sometimes I get kinda lazy and don't look back as much as I should. "Finally a time tracking app that Works"
What do you like best about Workyard?

It makes time tracking simple for everyone. Even the crew members who are not very tech friendly picked it up right away. They just open the app, tap twice and they are done. I can see exactly how many hours went into each job and send invoices without double checking everything. It really saves a lot of time on the admin side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workyard?

It would be helpful if there were a few extra options for reports, but the system already covers everything we need so nothing wrong Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
