The ease of use of the entire platform. The form builder is smooth and clean, I can easily access all forms with speed other programs don't provide. It is also significantly cheaper than other platforms for the same or better functionality. The onboarding process is easy and painless, and the system allows for integrations of all my existing products. I also find the AI chat very helpful and appreciate that I am passed onto a real person if the bot can't solve it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the forms to be somewhat ugly when turned into a PDF. I also find the workflow of sending forms out to outside parties a bit clunky. I would like more refinement on who can see binders and what they can see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
