I like that BusyBusy is easy to use and appreciate that it offers a lot more features that make things easier in the office. The ability to accurately track locations and times is essential, and it provides correct and accurate timekeeping. I also like that employees can switch and pick a project when they arrive, which helps us better keep track of their time on a particular project. This feature also allows me to do certified payroll. I like BusyBusy for its accuracy in keeping track of my time, even when I don't have Wi-Fi. It perfectly reminds me to clock in and out very accurately when I arrive at a job site and when I leave. The setup was actually fairly easy, and I had no problems at all. I think the GPS tracking feature, along with the reminders for clocking in and out and managing jobs, is absolutely spectacular. The way equipment is entered on the app could be improved. The equipment numbers on the app are not the same as the numbers on the actual machines, which can be confusing. It would be better if the equipment was numbered in the app, not just named. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it would be beneficial if BusyBusy had a built-in alarm system. For example, if I know I need to clock out in one hour, I would like the ability to set a timer that could automatically clock me out, so I don’t forget to do it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up process was very easy - we were assigned a personalized rep to go through our setup. The transition for the team to use the software was very easy. I really like the ability to create sub-projects under a main project, and the ability to track time by cost code is imperative at our company. The guys caught on to the app within a day. I also find the report extraction for payroll and client invoicing very easy. We were using Exaktime in the past. It had great qualities as well, but this app has more features and a better price point, and is more agreeable in terms of the billing process in that you only pay for users that are active. I may need a bit of training on this, so it may not be a true feature problem, but I have created a budget by cost code for a project, but because I can't create the budget at a sub-project level, I am only getting total hours for the project vs budget, instead of hours by cost code vs. budgeted hours by cost code.
