The changes made do not seem to stay. The reporting tools leave much to be desired. **Recommendations to others considering BusyBusy:** Check into other softwares before making a decision. Ask people who have used this and ensure that they are happy before you jump in. **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been trying to track time and expenses. We were able to do so - but are much in doubt as to the accuracy. The reporting does not allow us to really see what we need to see in the way we would like it. ### 2. The option is available for those entering time through a mobile app. **Recommendations to others considering BusyBusy:** Best we've found if you want your employees all to enter their own time. **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Busy Busy has allowed us to move from paper timecards to paperless timecards. Time entry is getting smoother and easier and overall we see the software saving us money, ### 3. Great to control employees and their activity. Location is always turned on. You can always see on which products you have worked and you can see if you have some overtime. Also, great to see the salary and bonuses. **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** Free version has limits, it would be great to take videos inside the app. That way, I can show my employees what they have to do when they arrive to some location. Schedule by dates could be more modern and easier to make. Maybe I loose to much time because I constatly need to repeat the process and scroll down. **Recommendations to others considering BusyBusy:** Great app, easy to use, huge advantages **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Double checking all the activities (boss and employee can see the same data). So easy to use and very handy. **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** Sometimes it can be a bit tedious to have to choose the job option every time I clock in. I wish there was a way to lock your job into place so you only had to start the timer. **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping better track of time and what workers' are spending there time on. It helps upper management understand what the workers are doing and where time can be used more efficiently. ### 5. I do have to say that I am a fan their customer service.Manny, if you somehow can see this, I love you! **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** Busybusy definitely has various significant limitations. Firstly, the software tends be slower than it should be. Also, the generated reports are very general and it would be more ideal if options for more niche reports would be offered or avaliable via the software. **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use BusyBusy as a supplemental software to track and analyze payroll. All it is at best is a supplemental software and for that alone it fufills its purpose. ### 6. Each guy can download and clock in and out and tie it to a job which helps with job costing! Plus it has GPS so no clocking in at home!! **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** It crashes a lot and we have to redownload it quite a bit. **Recommendations to others considering BusyBusy:** It’s a great platform minus the bugs **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting accurate job costing numbers based on labor. You can also specify the salary for hours, so you can see the expense that is being made in the different sections of the company. The timing activity helps to know the location of the employees, it is a good way to have them located and to see how they are developing the execution of their tasks. Changing and revising several projects is quite simple, you can be controlling different projects at the same time, which helps you to focus on more than one thing at the same time without losing analysis capacity. **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** It would improve the reports that are obtained are too general. You can not check specifically how many hours of the day you worked within a subproject or specific activity. Details of hours of global projects are presented in a general way. In the future they should implement much more complete reports, since I consider it necessary that a software of this type needs as many details as possible to better understand the execution of each of the tasks performed within a project. **Recommendations to others considering BusyBusy:** I reccomend busybusy if you want to have a better organization and more complete monitoring of your projects, employees and tasks, as I consider that they are important elements to be able to create less expensive and more efficient projects. **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can visualize the labor costs of each of our projects. This helps us a lot in the area of accounting and also to know if we can invest more resources in a project or if we must make some modification in the tasks to adapt it to the budget. In general, it has allowed us to save costs in the work area, since in addition to what has been previously mentioned about the projects, it has also helped us to easily put new employees and equipment into the system and have control over them. All new projects or hired personnel we put into the system and to be able to know where they are, what tasks they are doing and how advanced the project is, we can save time and also resources, since it has improved our global organization. ### 8.
