The equipment numbers on the app are not the same as the numbers on the actual machines, which can be confusing. The transition for the team to use the software was very easy. I really like the ability to create sub-projects under a main project, and the ability to track time by cost code is imperative at our company. The guys caught on to the app within a day. I also find the report extraction for payroll and client invoicing very easy. We were using Exaktime in the past. It had great qualities as well, but this app has more features and a better price point, and is more agreeable in terms of the billing process in that you only pay for users that are active. **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** I may need a bit of training on this, so it may not be a true feature problem, but I have created a budget by cost code for a project, but because I can't create the budget at a sub-project level, I am only getting total hours for the project vs budget, instead of hours by cost code vs. budgeted hours by cost code. **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can easily review timecards for accuracy. I only let out simple jobs that my inhouse team doesn't have time for or when the agency charges too much. From what i saw, the platform has quite a few 5+ years of experience designers, so I feel safe posting jobs there. i also appreciate that they offer hand-picking freelancers if you provide them with a brief. This makes the search as automotized as possible, so I only spend time on basically choosing the candidate. Overall, I am quite satisfoed with easybusy's performance. **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** I really don't like how easybusy is mixed up with easystaff. I had to reach out to the support to find my way around these two services. Integration to QuickBooks desktop is quite seamless. Customer Service is Great. **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** When our crew takes a lunch or break it will transfer to Quickbooks as two segments instead of one. Say Tom Clocks in at 8 am and out at 4 pm and he took a 30 min break. In quickbooks it will show a 4 hr segment and then a 3.5 hr segment instead of just one 7.5 hr segment. I also tried demo versions of others before switching. The change from our previous app was flawless, and ever since it's been a great help to our payroll division. We typically run 35+ paychecks every week and this app has taken a task that used to take hours into just minutes. Allowing supervisors to check their workers time has helped keep tracking to be accurate and fair to all our employees. One added benefit we didn't expect was the project reporting. This has helped AR make sure they were billing all the projects worked for that period. It's simple interface and ability to drill down into the details of the hours and costs is a great feature. **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** Not much at all. It offers personal logging of the time. Busybusy offeres a selection of notification sewttings to fit my various needs throught the weeks to improve timely and corect logging of my time worked. It is immediate and thorough. They are always doing their best to improve in practical ways. The system is user friendly for people with varying skill levels. And once we got our integration set up to work with our accounting software, preparing payroll took less than half the time it did previously. The mobile app is great for quickly adjusting schedules, clocking in and out for the staff and there are many way to customize the fields allowing us to make busybusy work for us the way we want to run our buisness. Budgets, reports are extreamly usfull and provide insite into where time is being spent allowing us to build pollicies and practices that increas efficiency. Customer supprot is the best! They are so responsive, and when I recomend features or ask questions they are extremly knolageable and are alway able to provide solutions, or work arounds. Probably my favorite thing about busybusy, the customer service. **What do you dislike about BusyBusy?** 1. There is no notification for time off requests which is very frustrating. We have had to ask the staff to let us know via text, email, phone call that they have requested time off so that we can provied them with a responce in a reasonable time frame. The dashboard has a tile that shows requested time off but in preactice when you log in you already have a task to do so you tend to not pay attention to the tiles unless you are just scanning the tiles to see what is there. 2. Basic menues, navigation can be smoother. When scheduleing, of manually imputing my time, the menues tend to fall off the screen, and can be sumwhat clucky. Definitly manageable and not that big of a deal but noticable. **What problems is BusyBusy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consolidates many needed features, time tracking, project budgeting at a glance, jobsite photo, all in one place. ### 43.
