"Unified Messaging, Complex Ad Management"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like having one system for managing Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which simplifies communication by having everything in one place. The targeting options are impressive, as I can estimate the proper audience before starting a campaign and compare with competing companies to see what my target group will see on the feed. The all-in-one inbox is valuable for managing communication efficiently from all Meta services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The campaigns and ads creation process is still very complicated compared to Google Ads or TikTok Ads. The learning time is very long, and I'm not sure if my results are good, bad, or average compared to other ads served to the same audience. Inbox integration with other tools is a nightmare. They should have something similar to Google Ads Express for new customers or non-tech savvy users. I think that there should be a switch 'basic/advanced,' and it would be the best solution for all. "Easy Ad Performance Tracking in Meta—All in One Place"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

It is easy to use and track how well ads do. I like that you can access everything within meta in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Hard to have multiple users to be able to log in. Way easier to use on desktop vs phone. Would love to see it be easier to use on phone. Customer support can take forever to get ahold of. You have to fill out multiple forms and it takes a while to get down the line to speak to someone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, easy to use, and the top choice for small-scale advertising campaigns"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

At present, Facebook, which is owned by META in Taiwan, continues to be the top platform for building fan loyalty and driving sales conversions.Facebook is currently a relatively familiar and easy-to-use social media platform for me. I can basically quickly create marketing content and interact with my audience.

I use Facebook almost every week to post and interact with fans, which is a huge advantage in Taiwan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Facebook's moderation policies can be quite confusing. Since the platform depends on AI to determine if a post violates its rules, it's not unusual for fan pages to be mistakenly shut down due to errors made by the AI. These pages are typically restored after a manual review, but this process tends to occur two or three times a year, which creates significant inconvenience.

Furthermore, before we became a subscription-based business, if our fan page was mistakenly shut down by AI, it would be extremely difficult to contact customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Access and Setup for Facebook Ads"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I can easily access the Facebook for my organization through my regular Facebook account. It makes it easier and decreases the amount of extra signins and passwords you have to remember. Allows for easy setup for Facebook ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The reporting is really delayed for donations. The setup is not very intuitive and it's difficult to find a lot of the pages and data you are looking for - and the location keeps changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Ad Platform"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I appreciate how powerful the ad platform is for reaching highly specific audiences. The ability to segment by interests, behaviors, and custom audiences makes it possible to run efficient campaigns even with small budgets. I also find the analytics and performance insights helpful for understanding what’s working and optimizing quickly. Overall, it’s a robust tool when you want to scale visibility and sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The platform can feel unstable at times, with sudden performance drops or changes in delivery that are hard to predict. Support is often limited, and some features are confusing or not well explained for everyday users. Additionally, results can fluctuate significantly depending on the economic context or algorithm updates, which makes planning long-term campaigns more challenging. "Cost-Effective Ad Solution with Targeting Challenges"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like that Facebook for Business is a cost-effective solution for products with a high impulse buy. I also appreciate the ability to granularly target demographics, including affinities, which enhances our advertising strategies. Another feature I value is the catalog syncing from Shopify or WooCommerce into the Meta Business Suite, which helps streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

There are a few glitches in the user interface that are a bit tricky and also it's a bit inconvenient to have the Meta Business Suite combined into a personal Facebook account, which means that we have to have separate accounts for Facebook and for Facebook for Business. "Powerful Facebook Data Insights for Smarter Customer Targeting"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like how the data is gathered from Facebook and the business tools can be used to figure out who your customers are and who you should target your advertising toward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

I wish it were a unified platform that combined Google and Facebook, so I could view the separate data together as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Frequent UI Changes Make It Hard to Get Things Done"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

It is full featured and has a lot of options to manage your business. It is nice to schedule posts and they provide good tools to interact with customers and followers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

They move things around way too often, and it makes it difficult to get things done. Also, they seem to be fast to ban your account or ad account for no reason, and it is frustrating to jump through the hoops of customer support to get things resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful targeting and buyer-finding algorithm with unmatched data depth"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

It's a volatility machine. The coverage can not be ignored, and the stability of the platform changes on a daily basis. You use the technical flaws as an excuse, since the viewer data is just better than the open web. It gets results, yet it puts up a struggle. The USP is still the granularity of the interest graph and Lookalike Audiences. The algorithm identifies buyers even better than manual targeting could do. Its moat is the sheer amount of available information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

UI is dynamic and does not have patch notes. Solutions are swapped between tabs overnight, disrupting muscle memory and familiar workflows of campaign setup. It interferes with the performance of the team on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The major dislike is the response form the customer support will take more time. since there is large volume of queries it take time for them to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
