
I like having one system for managing Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which simplifies communication by having everything in one place. The targeting options are impressive, as I can estimate the proper audience before starting a campaign and compare with competing companies to see what my target group will see on the feed. The campaigns and ads creation process is still very complicated compared to Google Ads or TikTok Ads. The learning time is very long, and I'm not sure if my results are good, bad, or average compared to other ads served to the same audience. Inbox integration with other tools is a nightmare. They should have something similar to Google Ads Express for new customers or non-tech savvy users. I think that there should be a switch 'basic/advanced,' and it would be the best solution for all.
