
I like that the products they offer keep evolving and adding new features. I really value the way they continue to build out their suite of offerings to match the current needs of our industry. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate for your everyday user. They also take feedback seriously and shape it into future releases, which makes the improvements feel aligned with what users actually need. We are currently in the process of stacking their Social Community tool to the CRM and the project is going well. The help section can be difficult to use and could use some work to better align with what a customers view would need. Performance wise, we had issues in the past but things are much more stable than before. Integrations and API connections can be more costly than I'd like.
