I love using DocuWare! It is such an amazing and easy to use platform! It securely stores all the documents from my company that my team works with! It also makes it so easy to view documents wherever you are! You are not limited to being in one location! It is so seamless to upload and view documents! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I don't like about DocuWare is the significant cost when it comes to expanding storage. I personally don't like when cloud storage is any amount of money. This service does wonders however and it is actually incredibly worth it. However that doesn't change the fact that it still will cost you money and I am not a fan of this. What I like about DocuWare is that it is a very comprehensive platform. Besides document management, it has a BPM module that allows you to automate workflows and approvals, which together makes it an excellent platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that in general it's good, the tool is intuitive, but there are certain functions that are hard to find or that you have to navigate very specifically, meaning, many clicks to reach them. The biggest positive with DocuWare was how much manual work it eliminated. It helped my existing team work more efficiently and get more done with the same resources. This a super easy to use application where you sign up, add companies and start managing documents in a safe and organised manner. Found this and Integrated with my everyday work and communications with customer and streamlining document centric workflows became simpler due to its right implementation. I have recently found that you can highlight all of the invoices you wish to fill in a certain location and they will load one after another without having to select the file destination for each one.
