I&#39;ve noticed that exact point in reviews: one financial services managing director said DealRoom mirrors their internal file system directly, so they waste no time uploading, converting, or reshuffling data to fit a predesigned framework, versus the hours or days they&#39;d previously lost doing exactly that with other providers. That mirroring, not training, seems to be what actually kills the old-tool habit.&lt;/p&gt;
