The Customer Success team was also extremely helpful in onboarding and training. **What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?** The WYSIWYG builder was clunky. We were not able to quickly build a good landing page - and with Marketo forms - it was challenging to code the form with CSS to ensure it looked nice on the page. The set up was a bit confusing at times - since we were used to a more robust platform like ON24. The integration with SFDC was easy - but the set up did cause an issue as it wasn't really clear before we did a LIVE webinar. **What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us in our webinar strategy and for us to achieve our pipeline goals and MQL goals. We are not using the tool currently so cannot say that it is currently benefiting us. But when we trialled Hubilo - the idea was to get a system that was easy to use, so we can quickly scale up our webinar strategy from 10 per year to 50+ per year. ### 2. And the ability to upload custom tiles, banners, ads, and backgrounds has allowed us to produce our most impressive event to date! **What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?** Something I would love Hubilo to be able to do is allow uploads of slide decks into the Streaming Studio. As well, it was a very easy platform to use - from an organizer and participant perspective. The level of support was outstanding. From our CSM, Pranshu Pandey (who was amazing), to the 24 hour chat feature... it was top notch support! **What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?** The networking lounge did not offer "mass update" features - like changing the table size all at once. Also our participants felt that having the lounge be "searchable" or "sortable" would have helped. Also, the ability to add a little notice at the top of the lounge area (like a banner) with instructions to enable camera and mic - would have been helpful. With the rooms, having an "auto-record" feature would have been handy. **Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:** Give yourself a good month to set things up before your event. There are so many features and you want to give yourself time to make use of all of them! Great product, and great team! **What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** "Zoom-fatigue" has been a real problem lately for everyone. The interactive quality of Hubilo really overcame this. We were worried our participants would not want to take part in ANOTHER online event, but this one was so different that they enthusiastically joined in. Having the site up a few days before the event helped build momentum. Dev was super responsive and always willing to go the extra mile for us. He helped with our trainings on the platform, could trouble-shoot any issues we had and gave us live support during our event. The Hubilo team in general also found different workarounds to a few limitations we had with the platform, which was really appreciated. They also listened to our feedback and rolled out some features we requested which was amazing! For example, after a request, the Hubilo team added a shortened, user-friendly version of the personalized event link on the registrant calendar. The platform is also intuitive and easy to set up in the backend. **What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?** The downsides were that we had a few technical glitches during the live event that made for a poor audience experience and there were many limitations to the breakout rooms (ie. only 12 people on camera, a lot of people weren’t able to use the camera, there was no backstage area for hosts). One thing to keep in mind is if you decide to build the Landing Page and host the event registration directly on HubSpot, there wasn’t a sufficient integration between platforms, so we had to use Zapier to get around this. You can get more advantage from Hubilo if you host everything for your event there. Another downside the Hubilo team has been working to fix but couldn’t be solved in time for our event was related to email marketing limitations. When sending the event personalized link, we’re only able to send the registration link through one email type at a time.
