Good Platform. Easy for delegates to register. As event organiser they are quick to respond to queries.

As an event planner, I loved the ability to include travel information, FAQs, and venue maps directly within the agenda. This feature helped reduce repetitive questions onsite, and I appreciated the peace of mind it provided to guests, allowing them to focus on being present at the event. I also loved the hands-on support from the team and the flexibility to customize so much of the CrowdComms platform. Additionally, I found it easy to use both on the backend and as a user. Setting up CrowdComms was very easy with the help of our account manager, Victoria.

Crowdcomms is easy to set up, with a layout that’s straightforward to navigate. The platform offers multiple options and is updated regularly with new features. We use the event registration and the app, and we’ve found both simple to use, quick to set up, and reliable, with limited or no downtime on the platform.
