
I really appreciate Crelio CRM for its user-friendly and straightforward interface, which makes it easier for new staff to learn and use the software efficiently. The availability of comprehensive video tutorials for both new and existing features is another highlight, as they provide in-depth guidance and facilitate a better understanding of the software. Additionally, I find the finance export feature extremely beneficial as it consolidates all data and collection reports, streamlining financial tracking and management. Using Crelio CRM has made managing patient follow-ups, appointments, and enquiries seamless in our diagnostic center. It effectively prevents missed follow-ups and lost enquiries, and eliminates the need for manual tracking of patients and their results. The software also helps reduce any confusion among staff regarding patient information and their results. Hence, the combination of these features significantly enhances our operational efficiency. I find the performance of Crelio CRM challenging as it becomes noticeably slow when the internet connection is slow. This latency issue is something I believe can be improved to enhance user experience and ensure smooth operations even with less than optimal internet speeds.
