Additionally, I find the finance export feature extremely beneficial as it consolidates all data and collection reports, streamlining financial tracking and management. Using Crelio CRM has made managing patient follow-ups, appointments, and enquiries seamless in our diagnostic center. It effectively prevents missed follow-ups and lost enquiries, and eliminates the need for manual tracking of patients and their results. The software also helps reduce any confusion among staff regarding patient information and their results. Hence, the combination of these features significantly enhances our operational efficiency.
