Contractor+ is an operating system for build and service contractors that connects jobs, crews, customers, and business communication. It gives owners, office staff, and field teams a shared place to manage work from the first inquiry through the final payment. Keep customer details, property records, documents, tasks, and conversation history together in the CRM. Build professional estimates with Estimatic AI, local cost data, Good/Better/Best options, and optional add-ons. Move approved work into scheduling and job management, coordinate crews, track time and mileage, manage contracts, and monitor job costs and profitability. Two-way email and text, business phone tools, and team and client chats help keep conversations connected to the work. Send invoices, collect payments through Contractor+ Pay, and give customers a branded client portal. QuickBooks Online, Zapier, and developer API options connect Contractor+ with other business systems. Contractor+ is available on the web, iPhone, iPad, and Android. PRO TEAM is built for growing teams, starting at $98/month with two users included. MAX is $597/month with unlimited team members, included Voice and AI usage, Contractor+ Local, and priority support and onboarding. Monthly prices are in USD; feature access, usage, and fees depend on the plan. Annual billing is available.
