Contractor+ offers a wide variety of features, which is awesome for a service based business. I feel like some other software's "have" what I'm looking for but lacks in one key area. With Contractor+, I'm able to create Quotes, create Jobs if those quotes have been accepted, create invoices and accept payments right from Contractor+, keep my documentation in one place from pictures to contracts. It may be a tough for beginners to learn the system and actually understand it. Again, Contractor+ has so many features to learn about that for beginners, it may be overwhelming. Personally, after a few nights of browsing through the system, creating test quotes, jobs, invoices, etc. I learned core features and understood the basics. So it does require a little learning curve at first. Another thing to point out, we really don't want to overwhelm the client if we give them access to their Client Portal. Currently, the client portal doesn't have the ability to hide what we don't want the client to see or just doesn't apply to them such as work orders, since we manly stick to job. I like that Contractor+ is an all-in-one platform. It really takes care of everything for me, so I have nothing to worry about except for my accounting. It handles all my customer management, invoicing, and operations on the same platform, which makes it a lot more time-efficient. This way, I have more time to operate the business and spend less time on the back end doing paperwork. The initial setup was actually quite easy. It didn't take long to figure out where everything was and how to access it. Once I got into the system and started transferring my invoices and customers, it got easier with everything I did. To be honest with you, the lead generation aspect of it I wish was a lot easier to access. I also wish that the payment system for the invoicing was a lot easier to access as well. I like Contractor+ because it's a lot cheaper than other competitors like HouseCall Pro. It's very simple, easy to use, and beneficial. I find it to be the best bang for your buck out of all the apps I've searched. The price and integration with other apps and AI are aspects I appreciate. It's very useful to be able to bring in other apps and integrate them directly with Contractor+, allowing me to do much more, save money, help create more jobs, and generate more job leads. I use Contractor+ as the core of my general contracting business to keep track of client billing, sales, and jobs.
