I love how visual and user-friendly AchieveIt is. The visual aspects make it perfect for presentations and meetings, allowing people to see 'snapshots' of progress more clearly than they would on something like an Excel sheet. The user-friendly platform means I could quickly learn how to set up plans as an administrator, and our team completed the one-time onboarding training and have had no issues when doing their quarterly reports. The AchieveIt support team is so quick to help and always finds solutions for the things we want to do with the AchieveIt platform. They are friendly, professional, and always follow through on what they've promised to help with. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, with our support team creating the first plan and guiding me through the process. I like that AchieveIt is user-friendly, making it easy for team members to enter updates. It offers multiple options to present the data, which helps me share information with team leads effectively. I find having all my organizational indicators and targets in one place convenient and it's easy to track the progress of team members in completing specific tasks. The integration with other platforms could be improved such as PowerBI and Microsoft Excel. It would be great to have more options to analyze the data and make it easier to import data from Excel into AchieveIt since a lot of team members have data already stored in Excel. I use AchieveIt to track strategic goals effectively, replacing random spreadsheets with a centralized system. I love how it serves as the single true source of information. My favorite feature is the email reply for progress updates, which allows executive officers to update their progress by just visiting a website. This feature has significantly increased the update compliance rate from 20% to 90%. Also, the setup was extremely easy, and the team was great at helping us understand it. The dashboard graphs and charts feel limited, and I wish we had more features and abilities. Also, the safe reports feel limited, and there are specific things I know other systems can do but can't currently. The graphs only allow you to do by date in your visualizations, and I wish I could just choose the year and not month, date, and year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the amazing start-up support from AchieveIt. The support team is awesome, and customer service is top-notch. The system is smooth and allows for each user to set reminders and project details in a very customizable way. I like having options for how the data is shared; it has saved time in discussions with leadership. I really like that AchieveIt is very user-friendly and the UI is intuitive, making it very easy to use. AchieveIt allows us to track our KPIs on a monthly basis, which means we can see how we are doing month to month. If we're falling behind, we can make adjustments before the end of the year, instead of waiting to find out that we're not tracking correctly. We implemented and launch AchieveIt over a year ago. It has allowed us effectively communicate what is most important as an organization for action steps for the next year. The work flow has helped units focus on goals and measurable outcomes. As a leader, I can access at any time and see how units are doing. What is most helpful in my leadership role is being able pull all of our university outcomes into a single document for overall progress of our strategic plan.
