What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy?

ClearPoint is incredibly user friendly which makes it easy to have people from all levels of the organization, from the City Manager to data input staff, use the system in the way that works for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?

This isn't so much as a dislike but my own time management issue. ClearPoint is always improving and it can be a bit much to keep up to date with all the new improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClearPoint Strategy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem solved is the housing of performance measures owned by 22 different departments with over a 100 users. We used to hold our data in multiple spreadsheets with multiple tabs which made the management of the data nearly impossible. We also house our Citywide Strategic Plan as well as department business plans in ClearPoint, which makes it available for all staff to view and track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
