What do you like best about Airia?

I love the breadth and scale of the platform e.g. largest choice of LLMs, ever growing list of integrated tools, vetted MCP servers, and variety of data connectors.

The platform has built in security, governance, and visibility as key differentiating features and Airia addresses many of the enterprise concerns and objections to the adoption of agentic AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airia?

(Very minor but) Sometimes the delay in processing is slightly longer than the native experience in platforms like ChatGPT and Claude (when using those models) however, this is an acceptable issue given the data and platform security that Airia provides over a minor processing delay. What do you like best about Airia?

Airia makes it extremely easy to build agents. The UI is very friendly which makes it easy to understand. The integrated chat feature makes rollout a breeze since you don't need to worry about hosting. Customer service has been great to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Airia?

The flexibility of being able to create and configure specific agents for work. The customer support team and our dedicated tech experts being on hand to discuss ideas and assist. What do you like best about Airia?

Airia takes away a ton of the friction in deploying AI across a business. Out of the box, it gives us built-in guardrails, compliance, and a universal key for token usage, so there is no need to manage genai cost across multiple providers. The platform makes it easy for non-technical users to access AI through a clean chat interface, while giving admins the control they need. They also have a very responsive support team. What do you dislike about Airia?

- People, have had a great experience from sales through BAU support. Their team has stuck with me throughout my entire somewhat unique use case.

What do you dislike about Airia?

Not a dislike, but an area where they're continuing to improve is API integration with the platform. I've had some sporadic issues with calls failing and some confusion around my initial implementation. I see regular updates to their documentation which I imagine mitigate some of these issues for new users, and their support team has always picked up the phone to help me work through my problems. What do you like best about Airia?

What do you dislike about Airia?

End user experience is where I would like to see a lot of focus. For us to feel comfortable using in AI usage in our enterprise we need this tool. Combating the "not like other chat agents" (i.e. ChatGPT or Perplexity). Also getting the Agentic build for an end user to be more robust will go a long way.
