It does a great job at allowing you to pick big projects (or any size projects really) and break them down into a schedule to accomplish them, and assign them out to team-members. It includes all expected corporate tenets such as KPI's, places for meetings, daily huddles, and litterally everything you can think of to keep a team organized and on task. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** There's not a lot to say about it as it's such a niche product. While it serves it's mission well, I'm not sure that I would pay an extra amount to add this to my software list. While it far surpasses planning on spreadsheets and paper notebooks, I'm not sure there is enough meat on the bones to be a stand-alone product. If you're seeking a product that will help you complete tasks through things like integrations, or automation, I don't believe these to be options with Rhythm. So, if you're a large company and already have project planning or similiar software, such as Jira or Hubspot, it's likely not a need to have Rhythm. But, if you don't have anything and your team needs an organized spot, it does what it does well. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a fancy notebook, so our tasks are going in there. They're also going into another platform that does the same things and more. Being able to see KPI's, Tasks, Priorities, along with Due Dates, Past Due items, etc all from one screen has really helped me start my days in a quick and productive way. Using and navigating the site is easy and intuitive. Meetings are a convenient way to record minutes and actions that result, along with an easy way to track and monitor progress on those tasks/actions. Linking to Documents in Sharepoint allow for easy collaboration across teams. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** Only being able to see a Quarter at a time, reoccurring meetings across quarters need dates adjusted so they show in each Quarter view. Collaborating with all the users made it beneficial to accomplish the multitude of projects through task tracking and visibility. The dashboards with simple color coding leans into the saying, "what gets measured gets done"! Improves transparency. Week in sync (WIS) is great to keep focussed and the weekly and montly tracking of key priorities (again across business lines) is great. It is easy to track your own KPIs but also your overall team's KPIs. It is also easy to find your team mates goals and track them. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** Rhythm falls short when looking at it from a UI perspective. The UI is clunky and outdated: there are many instances where buttons do not match overall design and the sizing of panels is off.
