It is a very robust and flexible system. After a year of creating the framework for content, and creating reporting from the system for our users, I am continually amazed at the ability to adapt the features of the system for our use. It’s easy to use, and they’re always adding new features. The resources are really helpful for development and onboarding, and the customer service is excellent. The new AI feature is especially useful when I’m setting something up from scratch, and it also helps with ongoing analysis.
