What do you like best about Certain?

I have found their Customer Support to be very good. I needed help setting up two reports. I provided the fields that I needed and before I knew it, they had created the two reports and put them in my event. Very quickly understood what I needed and delivered. Very impressed. What do you like best about Certain?

I value Certain for its easy use in creating events and scheduling emails. I appreciate how it helps in sending emails to students effectively. Setting it up was extremely easy as my login credentials were sent to me, and I could instantly access the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certain?

We commonly face roadblocks in Certain that we are unable to update. We have to reach out to tech support for that. It would seem a little more streamlined if we had the capabilities to work with those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
