I used Certain with a former company, as I moved to a new company and we used an app for our events, I realized we were missing the Continuing Education report feature that Certain offers and does an excellent job with. Certain was able to work with us and our budget to offer this app to our attendees

The customer service is wonderful. I can always get someone via email or on the phone if needed. And they really listen to our concerns if I have any.
