It allows me to actively take part in calls instead of feeling left out. It is also super useful to be able to share recordings with colleagues **What do you dislike about Caption.Ed?** It doesn't always integrate well with my telephony software however I try and pre-arrange calls to avoid using the problematic software - not really a Caption.Ed problem more an internal software issue. **What problems is Caption.Ed solving and how is that benefiting you?** The captioning is so fast that I don't feel like I am waiting to see what people have said and lagging behind in meetings, I can participate in a timely manor. ### 4.
