"Exceptional Caption Accuracy, Empowers Participation Despite Minor Integration Hiccups"

What do you like best about Caption.Ed?

The incredible accuracy of the captions especially when participants of a call have strong accents, it is far more accurate than the inbuilt Teams captioning. It allows me to actively take part in calls instead of feeling left out. It is also super useful to be able to share recordings with colleagues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caption.Ed?

It doesn't always integrate well with my telephony software however I try and pre-arrange calls to avoid using the problematic software - not really a Caption.Ed problem more an internal software issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Caption.Ed?

Caption Ed was easy to get to grips with and start using. It has significantly enhanced my ability to hear and follow conversations during meetings and training. This has allowed me to participate more actively and stay engaged, instead of stressing over any discussion points I might have missed. The features that let me record sessions, review summaries of important topics, and add my own notes have also been very useful. The support from customer services has been great!
