**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

Calibermind is capable of consuming large amounts of data to provide more clarity into your sales and marketing teams performance. The prebuilt dashboards and attribution models simplify the sea of data. The implementation team spent time to learn our business and understand how we measure attribution and ROI. I've used CaliberMind at mulitple companies and will continue to in the future.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

This tool is built for the analytics and operations teams mainly although we do have end users (executives, marketing and sales) using the data to inform how to engage with prospects. In order to maximize the utility of the newfound insights it would be great to have prebuilt signal and response system to enforce action of GTM teams.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us cut through the noise and identify the signals across our sales and marketing activity. CaliberMind helps simplify our abillity to understand which programs are working

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I love how CaliberMind helped our company really figure out how to attribute our different marketing channels for each opportunity that comes in and in addition to using a multitude of models for said attribution, the fact that it's a one stop solution to figure out our ROI on each channel is extremely helpful for the entire marketing org.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

The report generation activity can be a bit repititive, especially when filtering out reports for different time periods, having something like a slicer for each month would add a lot to the usability

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a problem where we only knew what marketing channels were the first touch and last touch for a particular lead, trying to break down all activities related to a lead used to be too complicated for us to run ourselves. Calibermind has helped us figure out what channels drive the most amount of pipeline and help us to understand how well each channel interacts with each lead.

CaliperMind has been a transformative tool my prospecting. The platform’s data-driven insights and analytics provides a clear understanding of who is interacting with our product. 

One of the standout features is its seamless integration with our CRM, which has enhanced my workflow and made it easier to track the entire sales funnel. The user-friendly dashboard provides a clear overview of key metrics, which has helped me act fast. SPEED TO LEAD BABY. 

The support team is also highly responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Overall, CaliperMind has proven to be an invaluable asset for our sales and marketing teams, and I highly recommend it to any organization looking to drive better alignment and results.

The UI takes a little longer to load than I would like. Much faster than Salesforce though!

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

Ease of use in supporting ROI and pipeline influence for marketing content and campaigns. It helps paint a tangible picture rather than have to rely on anecdotal evidence. I am easily able to report on pipeline influence by campaign, vertical, and timeframe, with the ability to drill down into each type for more detailed reporting and analysis. Plus, the reports are easy to read and distribute with management. This type of automation and detailed reporting saves me a significant amount of time in research and reporting.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to start when it comes to building reports and setting the filters up as desired, but overall, an excellent tool with actionable insights once you get comfortable. The more reports and filters built the easier it is to use.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calibermind is critical in providing the data to support pipeline influence and ROI for key pieces of PMM content. This system addresses the critical need for clear, automated reporting to support informed decision-making. CaliberMind allows great flexibility when it comes to measuring marketing attribution, and the team has been extremely helpful in all aspects from training, to helping configure the tool to best meet the unique needs of our organization. The data that I'm able to collect and the dashboards I can build in the tool have provided tremendous insights for our team.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

The learning curve can be a little bit high, since it is such a powerful tool. I do wish some of the UI would be a little more intuitive/user friendly -- particularly for the team members using dashboards I've built.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CaliberMind solves the issue of properly measuring marketing attribution. Our organization does not use a traditional funnel, and measuring marketing influence vs. traditional marketing sourced metrics has been a challenge. CaliberMind allows us to see past campaign attribution in SFDC or even Marketo, giving a deeper understanding of how marketing dollars are impacting pipeline.

The company detailed overview is most helpful as it gives us the overview about different pesonas in all the departments/BU which we can target basis the engagement available as outbound and inbound touches. We can also quickly check the attribution details in priroitizing the account. We can also quickly check the effective campaigns that are happening within the company to arrive at informed decisions about our marketing spend.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

There is a limitiation in the tool wherein you cannot bulk export the data in one go. Rest everything looks fine to me

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calibermind is giving us the intent signals at each account level which is hard to identify from any other sources available to us. Our sales team is informed well in advance about the expression of interest for our product. Leads who have expressed interest in our product are easy to convert.

Seeing multiple users from within an account and their combined activities leading to influenced pipeline. This is data that we are unable to see when looking at native reporting. The customer support has also been phenominal. Andy is always available to help.

No issues with CaliberMind.  Its able to do everything we expected.

This tool has dramatically helped our attribution efforts. Being able to have all of our data in one place and the ability to configure our attribution settings in as many details as we are able to has given us the ability to gather further insights than we have had before. 

The support we have received from Calibermind as well has been top notch. They are always open to chatting with us or setting up time to meet as we work through configuration settings and they have gone above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our abilities to use the product.

I don't have much negative to say, I came into my organization with this tool already configured but it was apparent some changes needed to be made. There was a bit of a learning curve to get up to speed but the Calibermind teams support and assistance through that process left me in a position to be successful as a user of the platform!

We are able to tie all of our marketing and sales activities to our accounts and opportunities, giving us a holistic view into how we are generating pipeline and closing opportunities.

CaliberMind helped to consolidate fragmented customer data from various touchpoints—such as website visits, emails, demos, and events—into a single view. Sometimes, there is a break in connection to the source data and I dont get notified promptly.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

CaliberMind has incredibly flexible and powerful modeling and data ingestion capabilities from various Ad + CRM + MAP platforms. The channel + subchannel and UTM mapping setting is so useful - especially for orgs that have gone through variation iterations of UTM naming conventions over the years. The platform itself is also great at illustrating the difference between channels and campaigns, a concept many marketing teams struggle with when talking about attribution. The amount of data that CM is able to capture, categorize, and visualize is the most powerful aspect of the tool. I also like how the CS team helps us make sure we are not overburdening our system and helps us scale down features we don't need. It's a breath of fresh air compared to legacy tools and teams who try the "gotcha on a new SKU" on customers for unnecessary features.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Since the tool has so many setting areas for customization, the learning curve is very steep. UI is not very intuitive and you have to hop over from different areas to make sense of your information. Dashboards seem to have issues loading across all tables from time to time once filters are applied but that could just be because we have a very complicated custom model. In general, it would be great if they gave us more filtering customizations in OOTB reports --> seems like subchannel performance would be an easy one to add.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CaliberMind helps us aggregate all our relevant marketing data + activities in a meaningful way, which has been incredibly beneficial for us. In the past we would just have to rely on UTM data that gets mapped from Marketo to SF upon form conversion, which wasn't always accurate and difficult to make custom columns off of with different naming conventions historically used. With CaliberMind, we can customize and group all that together in whatever channel/subchannel we want to define, making ROI reporting a lot easier and smoother. We used to use LeanData Attribution and in general, CaliberMind has more models that are highly configurable and suitable for our business needs.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I've been in marketing analytics and operations for over 15 years now and Calibermind is the closest I've ever seen to obtaining true marketing attribution metrics that are built off salesforce data.  The Calibermind team is awesome to work with. They've customized a lot of specific data requests and needs for us and have truly gone above and beyond to help us get to the finish line. The new engagement and attribution dashboards have been a real game changer for how we look at data and report out the results.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

The only downside I have with Calibermind is navigating through the enormous amount of data available. This isn't even a complaint.  As a data person you always like having the most data possible. CaliberMind's configurability has been a game changer for how our team looks at attribution and marketing success. Given that we have multiple industries we target, multiple product lines, complex sales teams, and partner-selling, understanding where impacts are occuring was historically impossible. I've also been extremely please with the roadmap, adoption of AI, and new feature rollouts, which continue to make CaliberMind feel like a product that will grow with us as a business. Our support team has always been fantastic in working with us to customize and adjust where needed to be successful, and to provide valuable recommendations for improvement.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Initial configuration and customization is a little bit complex and the reports and data aren't always the easiest to read and understand, particular for marketers or execs. There's a lot to be said for training and enablement, and how that will impact your adoption and use of the tool.

Our Salesforce is structured around an Opportunity-based funnel, but without contacts assigned as contact roles. This historically made marketing's view on performance and influence impossible using the traditional Salesforce influence on opportunity model. Instead, we've been able to use CaliberMind to assign attribution to successful marketing engagments at an account, regardless of contanct role, to get a much clearer picture of where marketing is influencing pipeline.

CaliberMind is great for drilling into campaign attribution and engagement. It's a pretty flexible tool, and allows me to share attribution metrics while consolidating across multiple platforms. We can drill into segments very easily, and capture multiple platforms very easily in our reports and dashboards (CRM, MAP, Ad Integrations). I use it almost daily in my role to show effectiveness of different campaigns, and generate pipeline and revenue reporting by campaign touchpoints. Filtering and customizing reports is extremely flexible and digests information pretty well across several sources.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Overall, I think it's a great tool, but there was a bit of a learning curve (especially as we are trying to show attribution from multiple data sources, which can get complex), however, the team is very helpful and responsive in providing support, recommendations and enabling us to apply necessary changes when needed.

B2B specific experience working with marketing data is a huge asset. While their existing out of the box reports don't fill our reporting needs exactly, they're still useful and intuitive but the true value we get is their B2B marketing attribution expertise, management of our data which we then access in Power BI and their ability to customize to our needs.

The system reports don't really meet our needs, since our data structure is complex. However for the time we've worked with them they have come out with new reports that align better with our goals so looking forward to seeing new enhancements.

I log into CaliberMind weekly to identify which prospects are the hottest to follow up with.  The platform integrates easily with website, email, and sales engagement platforms.  It's also very intuitive to use.  

Prospects are researching our solution well before the raise their hand and want to speak to a sales person.  Therefore it's critical we are meeting them during this journey and influencing outcomes.

When clicking on emails in the UI, the experience could be slightly easier on the eyes.

I get a lot of insights into what my customers and prospects are doing with our software, and how much interest they're showing. This allows me to prioritize accounts accordingly, and get a lot more success with pipeline generation.

Depending on what your data sources are connected to your CaliberMind, there can be a lot of noise to sift through. Not having to do that would make it more time efficient.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without CaliberMind, I wouldn't know how to prioritize my accounts. It's much more accurate and useful than "Intent" data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

* intuitive user interface with powerful custom report builder. Ability to drill down into opportunity level details in-platform is great
*Ad platform integrations (Google Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, Bing etc.) enable consolidated ROI reporting
* Best-in class customer success team. The team is incredibly dedicated to helping us get the most out of your attribution platform. Cannot understate the value the team adds. Truly awesome
* Awesome leadership team. The leadership team has been with us from the start from understanding more about the CaliberMind platform to guiding us in building our models

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Cons:
* the large portfolio of out of the box reports has a learning curve, so understanding the full value of the platform takes time

In my opinion, the best part of CaliberMind is the ability to track the events that my prospects have performed. It is very easy and straightforward to understand, and I believe it is the feature I use the most. Additionally, it allows me to know which user is accessing my product the most.

On the login page, there's always an error when I try to log in via Google. Additionally, the login page is slow.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my view, CaliberMind is trying to solve the problem of lead management for a product, which is beneficial for me because I can see what my leads are doing in relation to my product.

Calibermind customer service is amazing. We've implemented a number of complicated custom attribution models requiring many rounds of iterations and tweaks. Their colaboration and advice coupled with quick turn-around times makes them a joy to work with.

We've been working with CaliberMind for over a year now and I have yet to find somwthing I dislike.

Calibermind is providing our marketing analytics team with both Attribution modeling as well as ABM insights. We're very excited to explore their Lead Funnel product as well to better understand lead conversion.
