**What do you like best about Broadvoice?**

I like that Broadvoice is easy to use. We have non-technical staff so easy of use is important. I use the VoIP system to make and receive phone calls, and I also appreciate the texting feature. I like the Broadvoice application on my phone because I can make and receive calls while mobile.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

Sometimes I have an issue with the mobile app—sometimes my phone will ring once, and then I miss the call. There is a small learning curve when creating call flows, but the Broadvoice staff helped us through that.

**What problems is Broadvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Broadvoice allows my staff to be mobile, enabling them to work from home or on the road. I also use the VoIP system for making and receiving calls as well as the texting feature, providing flexibility and ease while mobile.

I really appreciate Broadvoice’s great customer service. Their support team is always ready to help out whenever we encounter any issues, which has been invaluable in ensuring our operations run smoothly. I also find their call handling services robust and fluent, greatly assisting in receiving and transferring calls efficiently. This level of performance from Broadvoice has been crucial for our office's phone system, allowing seamless communication and contributing to an overall positive experience. I am so satisfied with Broadvoice that I would highly recommend it to others, as evidenced by my willingness to rate it a perfect 10 for recommending to friends or colleagues.

**What do you like best about Broadvoice?**

I love the flexibility of use between handset and smart phone app where I don't lose any functionality! The ability for our team to function via app as though we were in the office combined with the public-facing stability of functioning "in-office" provides both team and client value very efficiently!

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

The functionality of the app remotely can sometimes be disrupted by settings unknown to the user on their specific smartphones. A Broadvoice-specific set up with settings that universally avoid this would be greatly appreciated...if possible!

**What problems is Broadvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an organization we are not tied to our office for voice communication with our constituents. The web interface along with the smart phone app allow us to be accessible wherever and whenever!

**What do you like best about Broadvoice?**

Broadvoice is user-friendly with little to no learning curve. Using the B-hive Mobile app alongside Broadvoice truly brings an added layer of convenience that allows me to pick up the calls anywhere, considering I work hybrid. Their customer support is nothing but resourceful, attentive, and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

The quality of calls is generally up to par and clear, however, once in a while there will be a few calls where they get cut off or are not the best quality.

General contact support and flexibility of picking up calls at any location with the B-hive mobile app.

**What do you like best about Broadvoice?**

Call quality is very clear. I've had no audio issues.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

I signed a 1 year agreement in 2021. My sales advisor tried to have me sign a 3 year but I hate long contracts. She then said OK this agreement is for one year. I read it and signed. 

Fast forward to today. I'd like to change my account subscription tier. Except I'm told I can't, I'm under contract until mid 2025. I requested the signed contract. They sent me my original contract but said oh but all contracts auto renew annually. So long story shorter, you can't work with Broadvoice and not be under a contract. Whatever you sign up for means nothing. They will continue to auto sign subsequent annual contracts.  I'm already discussing with my legal counsel because my business structure is changing and I'm stuck with this provider unil June 2025. 

Advice: Sign nothing until your business attorney vets the contract. I'm a small self employed business and if I paid an attorney to comb this contract, I could have likely avoided this. I didn't think I needed an attorney to sign something as simple as a 1 year phone contract. Boy was I wrong. It's turned into a multi-year contract I'm supposed to buy my way out of or write a letter 30 days prior to renew date. Other providers aren't like this. I can't write them a letter right now and say "Don't renew this contract in June of 2025." They said I have to wait until 30 days prior to the contract end. 

I've also discovered that the contract I signed may be illegal in my state of Wisconsin. We have laws here that protect businesses and individuals from contracts that auto renew without notice. Broadvoice has not been contacting me before my renewal date like the Wisconsin state law says they need to. They just auto renew the contract without any notice on the day I opened my account in 2021.

Avoid Broadvoice unless you want to be a client forever.

Technically, the sound quality was clear. I haven't been able to get notifications to work for years. I'm using iOS. It shows a bage number that reflects the number of calls received but won't notify you for waiting voicemails. At this point, I'm just forwarding all my calls to a cell line until I can get away from Broadvoice.

First,  regarding our auto-renewal policy, our Master Services Agreement (MSA) that we provide all our customers includes a clear provision that all annual contract subscriptions, including yours,  will automatically renew for a subsequent one year at the same rate. This language was in your Agreement at the time of activation and is aligned with Auto-Renewal laws that disclose these terms at the start of the contract. Rest assured, we are committed to providing transparency and compliance in all our customer agreements and will discuss this further to assist you with any requested changes and to prevent any confusion.

What I like most about Broadvoice is the ease of use, and of course the EXCELLENT customer service! I use it every single day!

I like when I'm working hybrid that I can answer my phone anywhere.  I don't have to have co-worker extensions memorized, but I can just transfer the call.  I'm able to text clients.

Being able to have control in the moment to make changes to settings for things. Ease of use and connectivity with an app for other to use the service as well when not in the office via their personal cell phone.

Wish there were one button that would reset all of the phones versus having to go to each one to do it.

The phone is easy to navigate and has all the features that we need. Prices were most competitive of options that we quoted from.

On the desktop app, the interface could be cleaner. I don't need to see my call history when I am trying to dial someone.

The main reason to change to a VOIP service was to save money and not lose call quality. Broadvoice has done both for us.

**What do you like best about Broadvoice?**

We love that we're able to answer and view calls on our cell phones so we don't miss calls just because we're out of the office.  It's a seamless integration which gives the user the freedom to answer or not.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

The only dislike I have is that the phone line seems to "stall" after around 3 minutes of usage.  It cuts out for about 2 seconds and then comes right back.  It will do this more than once if one for a long time, not really sure why.

We've had Broadvoice for awhile, but the PBX systems gives us more features that gives the caller multiple options to land where they need.  It also allows us to make changes on where calls are routed via the computer vs manually having to do it on the telephone.

Having control of phone service, for example, I can forward phones myself instead of depending on customer support which can take time to be completed.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

Support themselves sometimes take a while to respond, but it isn't all the time. Sometimes they reply emails / calls within minutes or sometimes within hours. But luckily since we have control of our phones via their portal, it isnt much of an issue.

Having control of our phones across all of our locations and not depending on customer support for certain things since we can manage ourselves.

We only have a few employees at the company, but the pricing and structure was very competitive for even a small firm. We also love the versatility the new system provides us. We now have the flexibility to work from home and still be as effective as in the office. Meetings go smoother and easier.

The initial setup was harder than anticipated, but with the help of the Broadvoice tech support we were able to work through it.

Broadvoice Cloud PBX exceeded my expectations! The onboarding process was thorough, and I must say, the implementation/cutover team was nothing short of phenomenal.

The overall experience with Broadvoice Cloud PBX has been exceptionally positive, making them my go-to VOIP provider. The ease of implementation and the outstanding support from the client team have truly set them apart.

While Broadvoice Cloud PBX has proven to be excellent, I recommend thoroughly evaluating your network and internet provider during the discovery phase. A great PBX system is only as effective as the network and internet support it receives.

I love that it can be used through my phone app or on my computer. I use it for messaging, calls, and faxes. Its super easy to use and manage clients. The calls never drop either. The price is great, you cant beat it. I have no complaints about them at all.  The customer service is great too. They helped us set up and integrate very easily.

I wish they had read voice mail. Like a transcript so I can read instead of listen. Otherwise no complaints.

The BroadVoice interface is simple to use.  It is very intuitive and just works.  There are a ton of advanced features that can be implemented, but the basic phone system is quick and easy to implement.  A Broadvoice engineer will help along the way if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

I wish it had call queuing in the base package.  This requires a more advanced package.

This gives us an offsite platform that users can use from home or use the soft client while moble.  Users can even take their phone home and it works perfectly.  All of this with no modifications to our firewall security.

I feel Broadvoice offers the best value for what you pay. I like the voicemail to email feature as well as being able to record my calls to come back to for training purposes. Their team was also excellent in getting us set up with the new phones and features.

Sometimes the call quality can lag if you are not in a place with good internet connection.

Broadvoice allows me to stay in front of customers all over the country/world without paying long distance fees. By having a predictable monthly cost we can focus on other areas of the business and not worry about surpises at the end of the month.

The presales serivce and support are one of the best in the industry. We don't need to think about anything. Phone get delivered and you plug them in. It just works!!! Pricing is competitive.

Texting features need work. Mobile app not as robust as other companies.

Broadvoice is easy to use, includes an app you can download onto your phone so you never miss a call, and allows you to run reports & manage your services thru a user portal.  Total freedom!

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

There were some hiccups at the beginning of our service with setting up the outgoing messages and the start/stop time of the overnight attendant.  I'd also love to have more options on the recordings/sound bytes of the outgoing message voices.

There is no guessing when it comes to call volume, and I LOVE that by downloading the app onto my phone, I never miss a call if I'm not at my desk.

**What do you like best about Broadvoice?**

I love the b-hive app on my cell phone!  I can use the app to answer incoming calls no matter where I am as well as outgoing calls show our main number. Broadvoice seems more user friendly than some of their competitors and their customer service reps are top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

The only downside, if you call it that, is that for our office there is a 3 phone minimum; however the monthly bill is very affordable, even with the 3 phone limit.

**What problems is Broadvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the pandemic was ending and with staff turnover there were many times there was only one person in the office.  Having this system, along with their mobile app, allowed one to be productive regardless what part of the office they were in and whether there was a hard wired phone or not.

Everything was pretty easy to set up and configure.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

We had issues with call quality-- a lot of calls would cut out intermitently, and sounded 'choppy'.  On many occassions we received feedback that it was hard to understand us when calling from Broadvoice.  I understand there could be internet issues involved, but we never had issues with other VOIP services on the same internet connection.

We needed a system to place outbound calls, which Broadvoice was able to do.

It is an excellent unified communication solution with a user-friendly interface. I like that it gives me easy access to clients and that team collaboration and VoIP calls work as they should, in addition to being accessible and profitable at an excellent price.

It hasn't given us any problems. For now, the phone system is perfect.

I like this app because it is very cheap for international calls and offers excellent support service that helps us when we need each other. I like that it has voice messaging features and can be used for business and personal use.

I like that it has excellent features and is easy to deploy and manage. The user interface is practical and flexible. You can use the service from anywhere and make VoIP calls on multiple devices.

The price is a bit high. And also that it was somewhat complicated to obtain the demo.

**What do you like best about Broadvoice?**

Pricing and Techincal Support.  Pricing is competitive and their support is very good. They have solved my issues quickly, even when they were my fault.  I have tried others and was never satisfied with the level of service for what I was paying.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

The only thing that I do not like is since it cloud based, when I lose internet, I lose my phones.  I forward it to a cell phone, so at least I have something.  I know this is part of the deal with VOIP, so I can live with it for the few times that it happens.

**What problems is Broadvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a school, we need phones and this solves the problem.  It is easier then buying lines and an in-house PBX. We benefit by having lower costs and reducing maintenance on a PBX system.

I like its price, and the mobile version is excellent. I also liked the phone system to answer calls quickly and set up a virtual centre to improve our communication effectively. The desktop version is also amazing and intuitive, but the mobile one surpasses it for how comfortable it is.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

For now, there is not much to dislike. Because it has been a good tool, I would prefer they improve the user interface.

I increase communication between our clients and our team because calls are fluid, and we can easily share files. This was an excellent solution for us.

**What do you like best about Broadvoice?**

The best feature is that you have many ways to use the phone, so it's not a regular phone. Not everybody at the company is at their desk all the time, or at the office and some don't want to use their personal phone. With broadvoice we can use a desktop app, the browser or the phone app and each employee can choose what works better for them.

**What do you dislike about Broadvoice?**

Sometimes we have to manually force an update to the desktop app work properly. I wish the updates were automatic.

Before broadvoice remote emplooyees had to use their personal cell phone when they were working from home, now they can use their work number.
