Using one phone for business and personal. Also, the caller can choose the appropriate department when calling the main line saving personnel in the main office a significant amount of time. They have an app that you can download on your smart phone. I haven't missed a call!! It is truly great. They even have a feature where you are able to get voicemails sent directly to your email. Someitmes, and I am not sure if it is just me, but clients let us know that they have a hard time understanding us, when using our smartphone. It maybe just a wifi issue. What do you dislike about Broadvoice? Their communicator isn't the easiest to use. We use a different texting service for our clients as it has a little more flexibility. Biggest solution for us is cost savings! My other provider was quite a bit more expensive and their site and app was harder to navigate.
