"An Excellent Budget Option for a UCAAS phone system." 3.5/5 What do you like best about Broadvoice? Broadvoice offers many of the features that premium phone companies provide but at a much more affordable cost. The portal is full of features, and their support team does an excellent job at providing help and insight into how you can best utilize their platform. The pricing scheme is straightforward, so you don't have to worry about getting taken advantage of to access functionality critical to your company's operation. Broadvoice's smaller size allows it to give you an onboarding experience that will not keep you up at night during the implementation, and you won't spend hours on the phone waiting to talk to a human, as you would with a number of the "premier" VoIP providers. Call recording, faxing, and records are available at no additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Broadvoice? Broadvoice's administration portal is not very easy to use, and there isn't any visual aid to clarify call flow. Call reporting is very limited, and the system doesn't accurately account for calls transferred between users. Available SMS functionality can only be used by one user per phone number, making it impractical to manage in some cases. There aren't available call queue options unless you upgrade to the premium contact center, which is available at a cost. Many providers offer an in-between option, but Broadvoice does not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Broadvoice: Make sure you have somebody willing to spend time learning the administration portal. Lean on Broadvoice support until you are thoroughly comfortable. If you are looking to do something very specific, it can probably be done but figuring out how may be difficult without a call into the Broadvoice support team. Broadvoice has been a great alternative to some of the major UCAAS providers who aren't viable due to costs. Broadvoice allows us to troubleshoot issues quickly through the ability to clone extensions onto other devices and the assistance that is provided by their support team has allowed us to acheive quick resolution for problems that have arisen. While the service does well for phone calls, we're exploring the use of group texting via our business line. Looks very promising as more and more web-sites go to text-based MFA.
