"Flexible and Forward-Thinking, Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

I love Bloomreach's flexibility. It's forward thinking, which I think is essential today. Setting up email content is also very easy to navigate, which I appreciate in my marketing tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

It's complex, and it took me a while to understand the platform as much as I do now, and I still have a lot of learning to do. The Academy courses are essential to get to know how to navigate around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ema Fajnorová of Bloomreach

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback, Cecilie. We’re glad to hear that Bloomreach’s flexibility and forward-looking capabilities support your marketing work, and that setting up email content feels easy to navigate.

It’s also great to know that Bloomreach helps your team manage complex setups across currencies, languages, segments, targeted email flows, and recommendations. We appreciate your candid note about the learning curve. A platform with this breadth can take time to master, so we’re pleased that Bloomreach Academy has been an important part of your learning journey.

For anyone getting started, Bloomreach Academy offers product-specific courses and training to help teams build confidence with the platform.

Thanks again for being our valued customer and for sharing how Bloomreach supports sophisticated marketing use cases.

"User-Friendly with Comprehensive Customer Segmentation"
4/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

I like how Bloomreach is very user-friendly and believe that anyone should be able to learn it. I also think it's very easy to set up scenarios the way you want it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Figuring out our events and database so it's easier to use can be challenging. Also, it was hard because we didn't know what we were doing during the initial setup and migration process, which wasn't easy either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ema Fajnorová of Bloomreach

Thank you for your feedback, Krista. We’re glad Bloomreach feels intuitive, that setting up scenarios is straightforward, and that it is helping your team reach and segment customers more effectively.

We also appreciate your candid feedback about the challenges of defining events, structuring your database, and navigating initial setup and migration. Our Marketing documentation overview brings together guidance on data structure, customer databases, custom events, event segmentation, imports, and setup. Establishing a clear tracking plan and validating a small set of priority events before scaling can also help make the process more manageable.

Thanks again for being our valued customer.

"Bloomreach’s Real-Time CDP Powers Smarter Campaigns and Higher Email ROI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

The way Bloomreach unifies customer data into a single view is what provides the most value for us. Having the CDP baked directly into the marketing execution tool means I don't have to wait for data syncs or export lists to start a campaign. It’s made our personalisation feel truly real-time, which has led to a much higher ROI on our email segments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

While the campaign execution is great, the reporting dashboards leave a bit to be desired. Building out custom, granular reports on email performance or A/B tests can feel clunky and take longer than they should. It would be helpful to have more robust, out-of-the-box reporting templates that don't require so much manual configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Email and Data Tracking with Minor Reporting Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

I use Bloomreach for sending out BAU newsletters to customers and starting journeys that are integrated with our site, like welcome and retention journeys. I find the reporting tools really easy to use, helping us track data that we previously couldn't access or display. I like Bloomreach's versatility; the email building feature is full of great tools, and the product row settings help us set up different things. We were able to integrate Bloomreach with our site to pull information through, which helps create different product selectors and saves us a lot of time when building emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Sometimes the reports are off number-wise, and since everyone is set up in a bespoke way, it's hard to troubleshoot because it's not a one-size-fits-all program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bloomreach Turns Big Data Into Seamless, Personalized Shopping Experiences"
5/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

Bloomreach stands out because it perfectly balances sophisticated AI with user-friendly execution. Here’s what makes it a top-tier choice:

Smart Search & Discovery: Their Loomi AI is incredible at understanding customer intent. It moves beyond simple keywords to ensure users actually find what they’re looking for, which directly boosts conversion rates.

Unified Customer Data: Having a built-in CDP means your marketing isn't just automated, it’s actually relevant. It connects browsing behavior with email and SMS in real-time.

Ease of Use: Despite its power, the interface is intuitive. Marketers can build complex, personalized customer journeys and perform A/B testing without needing a constant line to the dev team.

The Bottom Line: It’s the best platform for turning "big data" into a personalized shopping experience that feels natural, not forced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

The Learning Curve: Bloomreach isn't a "plug-and-play" toy; it’s a sophisticated enterprise engine. While the initial setup requires a real strategic commitment and time to master, the payoff is a level of depth and customization that simpler tools just can't match.

Feature Abundance: The platform is massive. At first, it can feel like you’re sitting in the cockpit of a jet—there are so many features that it's easy to overlook some. However, this ensures that as your business scales, you won’t "outgrow" the software.

Data Discipline Required: To get the most out of the AI, your data needs to be clean. It forces a level of data hygiene that might be painful at first, but it ultimately results in a more organized and professional marketing operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Capable and User-Friendly for Marketing Engagement, Moderate Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

I find Bloomreach highly capable and easy to use for both technical and marketing teams. It's great for engagement in our marketing systems and provides better segmentation, all-in-one customer knowledge, and reachability, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Setting up a test environment is a struggle and it needs to be easier to link to our lower environment and dependent applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ema Fajnorová of Bloomreach

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Ajay. We’re glad to hear that Bloomreach is easy to use for both technical and marketing teams, while helping improve segmentation, consolidate customer knowledge, and extend reach across your marketing systems.

We also appreciate your candid feedback about the difficulty of setting up a test environment and connecting it with lower environments and dependent applications. We understand how this can add friction for teams that need to test changes safely. For performance testing, our Performance Test Environment guide explains how a dedicated environment can replicate feed data and selected configurations from staging or production. For functional testing, we recommend asking your Customer Success Manager to arrange a technical scoping session to map the required environments, integrations, and dependencies before setup.

Thanks again for being our valued customer and for sharing your experience.

"Effective Marketing Tool with Reporting Challenges"
5/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

I like that Bloomreach has a better search engine and the upcoming features like Loomi and Agents, which are exciting. I also appreciate its segmentation and customer data capabilities because they really help with targeting and automating marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

The reporting features are hard to figure out. Sometimes the data that's pulled doesn't seem right, and there are a lot of hidden features needed to get the data I'm looking for. I need the help of Gemini from my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ema Fajnorová of Bloomreach

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that Bloomreach’s search, segmentation, and customer data capabilities are helping you understand and target customers while automating campaigns. We also appreciate your excitement about Loomi and Agents.

We understand your frustration with reporting that is difficult to navigate and with data that does not always appear to reconcile. Needing external help to find the right features or validate results can make self-service reporting much harder. As a starting point, our Reports documentation covers report templates, dashboards, filters, and related analytics workflows. The Pixel parameter reference also explains how implementation inputs can affect reporting accuracy.

If a report still looks incorrect, sharing the report name, filters, date range, and an example campaign with your Customer Success Manager or Support team can help them validate the underlying data and metric definitions.

Thanks again for being our valued customer and for sharing your experience.

"I have really enjoyed the user experience of Bloomreach and the access to consumer reporting."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

I really like the introduction of the agentic support chat and the progress that's been made with it. It demonstrates a commitment to keeping the product up to date, modern, and competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

I would love to see more prebuilt integrations with commonly used platforms. At the moment, we have to rely on custom integrations developed by our team, whereas other platforms often provide ready to use integrations out of the box. Expanding the range of native integrations would make it much easier to integrate Bloomreach with our existing tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Features, Some bugs"
5/5
What do you like best about Bloomreach?

I enjoy the freedom of data manipulation, templating, and personalization with Bloomreach. There seems to be a solution to most things already without having to wait for releases. I would also like to add that the support chat function is great. I mention in my following statement some fallbacks in the support side but this is mainly targeted at L2. The Bloomreach support agents do an incredible job in assisting with any queries. Whether it be regarding projects we are working on or just genreal questions about platform. 9 times out of 10 I am set on my way after reaching out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

There are a few bugs that pop up at times and it is hard for support to replicate them. This usually ends with the case being closed and no solution to the problem. For instance, we had an issue where all of our campaigns/assets were being moved to one initiative. This was looked into for a while and nothing was concluded. It is often I see small bugs that would be hard to replicate in a ticket as an example, so I tend to leave them. That said, the platform is very complex and things such as these can be expected.
