Would like to see more enhancements built, but they're noted on their robust roadmap already.

Easier access to previous candidates and storage of new job prospects identified in other sources for future marketing to open roles and company awareness. Also use to manage event marketing of hosted hiring events and open houses.

Very easy to build and maintain talent pools and the Beamery team have been amazing at customising for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

Elements of the platform work best if you import all applicants but we prefer to be selective in who we add to talent pools so we are not able to take advantage of all the talent matching features.

**What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to proactively build pipelines is essential to our sourcing strategy given our strategic objective to hire 55,000 people by 2030 - we previously had no way of building, maintaining and communicating to pipelines in a globally consistent way. Beamery has helped reduce our time to hire significantly, especially around early careers hiring, and now 10% of our hires originate in Beamery.

Beamery has been a game-changer for our talent acquisition strategy. **What do you like best about Beamery?**

The automation and end-user friendly design assist in being able to find and communicate with talent in a few clicks. From the start of implementing Beamery we had an individual that helped support the build out and logic behind the scenes. This was a strong benefit to us as we were trying to uncover how to structure a new sourcing model.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

SMS is not able to be used in all regions and some language translation is off in certain features, which makes it a challenge in our APAC region.

**What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beamery has helped us solve a few problems. Working within a pilot program, we were able to work with their teams and using their resources they were able to make strong key inferences in review of our skills taxonomy on over 2000 job postings and within 40 job profiles. Beamery has also helped us solve the organization and classification of talent, especially sourced talent, so we can highlight boomerang, silver medalists, and other talent tagged with logic that makes sense to our business.

it is a great database experience with fantastic features such as Campaigns, Forms and Pages with possibility do build very advanced fully customized marketing tool in an easy way. Very usefull reports, filters, search options and integration with Workday and LinkedIn.

At times the layout seems a bit illegible and some of the features names are somewhat misleading. 
Adjusting some of the names would make it more intuitive to use.

Easy to track users activity, manage the users' accounts, to group talents into the pools, create great pages, forms and campaigns; it is definitely very useful tool and it helps with gathering early talents and prospects.

Its user friendly makes even more easy to work and help and getting right candidate for right role.

Using Beamery to help automate my tasks and help my work organized has been very helpful. The scheduling feature has been what I have used the most. Messaging candidates using Beamery has been helpful too.

Candidate location has been the biggest hang up. Using suggested contacts is useless because there is no way to have it location specific. Radius search could be better.

Beamery is helping me to source candidates for my more difficult openings. It's also serving as my CRM tool to keep candidates warm and engaged through the process.

My favorite part about Beamery is the direct link between the platform and LinkedIn Recruiter.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

The least helpful aspect of Beamery is that when completing Boolean and narrowing down to a more specific candidate pool, there is no way to export this pool onto Excel to sort/filter further prior to sending out Campaign messages.

Our company's past ATS was outdated and underutilized, so Beamery has acted as a fresh platform to be used in our day-to-day recruiting. The #silvermedalist tag and ability to create pools and Campaigns I would say are some of the biggest wins of the platforms.

It is user-friendly and very easy to rain on. I like the ability to build a list and make pools. The event function is the best feature by far.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

It has a lot of issues. We had the system break down on us for over 6 weeks. If you do not log out it will get stuck occasionally. The search feature could be enhanced. You should be able to search email contains.

It has helped us get organized with our sourcing and tracking candidates better with the custum fields we use. We have been more productive since using.

I like the fact that it's totally configurable to our needs you are not restricted due to clunky base architecture.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

The UI as an admin has vastly improved over the last couple of years, this was needed as it could be a little clunky and you had to rely on Beamery Dev's to get some of the data.

**What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us to keep in touch with new talent that we have not yet discovered as they have registered to join our Talent Community, it's also enabled us to efficiently resurface existing talent for roles.

There are certain aspects that are stil immature, Beamery listen when we feedback and improvements to processes have been made.

I like that it's fairly easy to use and that it has a lot of features that can be used in multiple ways in marketing campaigns. Our account rep is also great. :)

Sometimes you find some basic features are missing and they are not even included on the roadmap.

**What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For one thing, it's much easier to create landing pages, email campaigns and track everything across the board, which increases our productivity levels.

Mass communication seems to work ok. We did have massive systemwide issues that lasted about a month however.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

Not robust in reporting. Contact exports are limited to 10,000 and that is not enough. I can't name exports when I save them. I can't get email notifications when reports are ready to download. There is limited criteria from which I can build reporting from.

We are able to create and track campaigns and tags. Those seem to work OK. It's good to be able to group candidates together.

First, the fact that you can do boolean search in there. Second, the fact that people can be distributed in pools. This is really helpful. And let's not forget about introducing people in Beamery directly from LinkedIn.

The fact that I can easily make mistakes when using "is" and "contains".

Beamery is creating databases that help us easily save candidates for future projects. This makes them easier to access when needed.

The best thing about Beamery is the team!  They are true partners who go above and beyond to support us.  And the system itself is very user-friendly and highly configurable.  Powerful search tools and a smooth integration with Workday.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

At this point, we have not experienced any draw-backs or issues.  One item, where additional improvement would be appreciated is the ability to more seamlessly use pre-existing elements across newly built elements.  This is currently being address through some structural improvements in the platform.

Allows us to incorporate powerful seach, tracking, messaging and engagement techniques across our entire Workday database along with those we've proactively sourced.

Email function using bulk messagaing seems like an easy fix. More suggested templates/ideas that have created success in other companies.

First CRM we have ever had, creates a platform for our decentrailised company to align on candidates and let less slip through the cracks. The marketing and events features are offerings to max all of our efforts.

Integration with Workday. Best value of the product is with Workday integration.

Not sure how valuable is this application for organizations who have linkedin connected through RCS.

We dont have integration in place . So providing SFTP option is better but comes wih hige additional cost.

Implementing any cloud software is very challanging in a Bank.  However, Beamery as an organisation was very patient, helpful and went the extra mile to make it a success.

Too much dependency on social media for inputs which could be sometimes not very dependable.

We are able to identify potential candidates.  This is helping us to fill the open vacancies faster.

**What do you like best about Beamery?**

Beamery is very easy to use when it comes to creating contacts and pools. The Summary section allows me to input my own notes on the candidate's experience and why they may have not been selected for a role at the time of initial contact.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

The system has been a bit slow for me when attempting to sort through candidates that I myself did not put into the system. At the same time, as my company is new to using Beamery, there are very few candidates to view depending on the portion of the country I am searching in. I know this will improve with more consistent use of the platform.

**What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Beamery is acting as a system of record for candidates I want to pipeline. Rather than digging back through emails and resumes, I can view silver medalists and additional candidates I should follow up with on future openings quickly and in one place.

**What do you like best about Beamery?**

There's a lot of functionality within the product and is really great for sourcing functions in order to develop and manage bench and active talent.  The ability to import records through the Chrome extension and the import functionality is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

For a recruiter new to CRM functionality, it can be a bit overwhelming to start.  CRMs are still a disruptive technology to recruiters at small to mid-sized companies, so it can take some time for them to adopt it.

**What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One-stop shop for all candidate management--it's easier to manage and organize job prospects in one place.  It's also a great way to market to large or niche talent sets.  The recipe functionality for automating tagging of new and existing prospects is easy.    The landing pages are easy to set up when we want to target specific audiences for new hiring activities.

Duplicate checking, Active/Passive Souring, great database of profiles for all expertise. Also, easy integration with external social networking sites like Linkedin etc.

Duplicate checking is exhaustive process. 
It also duplicates fields for candidate experience, education, contact details instead of updating it correctly with latest information from profile attachment, links etc.

Also, duplicate checking of profiles to great extent but can be updated to work better.

I like the organization that Beamery provides for its users. Being able to group candidates into vacancies, as well as pools to source from & revisit, is beneficial to my sourcing practices as a recruiter.

I dislike some of the overlaps Beamery allows, such as multiple LinkedIn links on one person's profile, even if the connection is no longer in use. In instances such as those, it would be helpful for Beamery to flag the discrepancy for efficiency purposes.

Beamery allows its user to have all of the necessary information in regards to sourcing and open requisitions on one platform. This is extremely helpful in regards to remaining organized from a recruiting perspective.

**What do you like best about Beamery?**

The CRM module is very responsive and easy to use. Powerful search features make it quick and easy to filter through pools of users to quickly find those that would be suitable for a particular vacancy.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

Top 5:
- Lack of consistency, e.g. some areas have date formats in UK, others are in US.
- Search fields e.g. pools and events, list results based on when the target item was created and not what most closely matches your search input, making such fields very difficult and time consuming to use.
- Security roles don't allow for much customisation, so they can't be made to perfectly suit your organisations needs.
- Unused features cannot be turned off, causing confusion amongst users.
- The platform is only available in English, so it's not the most suitable platform for a global organisation although improvements are constantly being made in this area.

**What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to easily search for and communicate with pools of users in one simple interface. Beamery also allows to easily monitor the progress of vacancies in one place, detailing the stage all applicants are at and their journey through the process.

So far I like the idea of all my contacts and leads being in one place to monitor and check prgress.

Beamery is not very intuitive and has a pretty steep learning curve.

It is allowing me to gather all my leads into one location and monitor progress. Also being able to send outreach from the same location is valuable too.

**What do you like best about Beamery?**

I like that I can beam/upload new candidates from LinkedIn into Beamery with the click of a button. It's also helpful that the tool scrapes contact details that aren't readily visible on the person's profile.

**What do you dislike about Beamery?**

The "Assigned to", "Global Status", and "Time in Status" indicators don't always match the activity on the timeline. It's also confusing that the time counts up and not down. It makes it difficult to keep track of how much longer someone is in ownership.

Beamery is helping to decrease the amount of time it takes for me to upload new leads into our system which lets me spend more time on recruiting.
