We did have massive systemwide issues that lasted about a month however. **What do you dislike about Beamery?** Not robust in reporting. Contact exports are limited to 10,000 and that is not enough. I can't name exports when I save them. I can't get email notifications when reports are ready to download. There is limited criteria from which I can build reporting from. **What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to create and track campaigns and tags. Those seem to work OK. It's good to be able to group candidates together. ### 2. It feels clunky and difficult and makes our jobs harder as a result. **What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the concept of campaigns but have used other platforms that make using them easier. ### 3. Everything is stored in one place where you can easily see if a candidate has already been contacted and by who. **What do you dislike about Beamery?** Beamery is still quite a bit buggy. The extension is awful, and will take quite a few times to load. The search bar in the platform does not work half the time, and if you click "see more results" it always says there are none, even though results appear when you first begin typing. It has not synced with our ATS very well, and when someone is rejected in our ATS, it will still show them as a current candidate in Beamery, just to name a few pain points. Beamery has a lot of potential, but there is quite a bit of work to still be done. **What problems is Beamery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not reaching out to candidates who are already in the process with another recruiter, a quicker way to upload candidates to our ATS, and having all information about a candidate in one place. ### 4.
