BT Cloud Scan proves to be a highly effective tool for managing scanning processes involving various business partners. Its primary function is to facilitate the transition from paper invoices to E-invoices within the freight process, covering operations in over 29 countries. Using the BT portal, we can access detailed information on both sent and received invoices, whether they arrive by email or through EDI Tradeshift categories. Yes, we have observed that our business partners are facing delays with scanning from the Xerox team when using EMAIL, TRADESHIFT, and BT modes. We are receiving numerous escalation emails from business partners regarding these scanning delays. When we submit invoices to the Basware workflow queue, we do receive an acknowledgement from the scanning team confirming acceptance, which is helpful. However, it would be even better if we could also receive a separate acknowledgement once the documents have actually been scanned into our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
